Staff was accommodating changing 2 nd floor room to 1 st floor as I couldn’t lug my suitcase up a flight of stairs - no elevator. Staff was very helpful finding remote for TV as room didn’t have one when I arrived

Nice place

We have stayed here for each of the last few years for a local family gathering and each stay has been great. Rooms have been clean and well kept. Bathrooms have been clean with towels and the usual amenities. We always come back for a reason, nice simple no-fuss stay.

No one at the reception to greet us. Coffee mechine messed up. Also clearly carpets are so dirty on communite area. It's the first impression for a guest to feel like a clean place to stay away from your home. inside the room is clean.

Very beautiful and clean, I had my wedding nxt door at mill creek caterers but I got ready at this Inn and spent the night there with my husband before going back home to Jamaica. Everything was exceptional!

The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, it was quiet and the air conditioning heating was perfect. There were a few details missing - no toilet paper holder, some wear and tear on the floors, stained carpet in the hallway. It worked well for us because of the location but was a bit run-down. The hotel staff was very pleasant and responsive.

This is an polder hotel but it is very quiet and fairly clean. The front desk personnel was very polite and nice. For the price I paid in this foliage season it has a great value. The room was clean. I would suggest the owner to put some handles in the bathtub or at least to have some slippery prevention stuff to prevent people fall from the tub. I would use this place again if I have a trip to this area.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. The person at the desk was not friendly nor efficient. I was there at 1:30 and she said she couldn't check me in until 3. No one was around and the hotel did not look particularly busy. When I returned I waited and asked her what I would need when checking in. She then told me that she was not sure but my room may or may not be ready, even at 3. I didn't get a very comfortable feeling with the staff member.
