Bad staff and weird smells

The front desk staff was rude, especially the younger girl. When we checked in, she came out on her cell phone, looked at us, and then went back into the office. 10 minutes later she came out and checked us in. There was also an odd smell in our room - like a musty smell.

Staff is terribly rude

I was shocked by the apathetic nature of the staff. Most Hamptons are great, but not this one. I'll stay next door if I return to Hopkinsville.

Terrible Staff

I was surprised by how rude the staff was at this hotel. I usually have great experiences with Hampton Inn staff, but this was not the case. They were always on personal calls and wasn't helpful when they double booked one of our rooms.

Very nice indoor pool

Pros: Very comfortable
Location: Very close to restaurants
I was able to check in early and get my swim in...very happy about that!

Nice hotel

The only complaints were that the complimentary shampoo & conditioner left my wife's hair like straw. Luckily we packed our own and were able to fix that. Mattresses were too soft.

Stay here!!!! Great rooms, and great staff!

Shawn who was working the free breakfast area was amazing! She was so friendly and brought my children goodie bags for the road. The free breakfast was delicious and had a great variety!
