You’re already a winner if you’ve booked the Longshot! This house will definitely make you feel “happy to be home”, after a long day at the races or on the boat.
This home has been newly furnished with super comfy king sized beds, quality linens, flat screen TV's in living room and bedrooms, as well as all new kitchenware. The main floor features wood floors in the living, dining, and kitchen areas, entrance to the lakeside deck with a dining table, swing, bbq grill, and of course the Hot Tub! Also on the main floor is the master bedroom with it's own private bathroom with jetted tub, walk-in closet, and access to the Hot Tub. On the second level each of the two spacious bedrooms feature full private bathrooms and walk-in closets. The upper deck from the front bedroom is a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset glass of wine sitting on the cozy chairs and looking over the lake.
Other special amenities include a two car garage, boat tie up, washer and dryer, and wifi. Grocery shopping nearby and only an easy 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. If this property is booked or you need more room, we have another 4 bedroom house on the lake, a couple miles away. Go to #664639 that will sleep 10. Please note : NO PETS ALLOWED ! Super easy check-in. Merely steps from the water. Easy to get to the horse track and just a little further to downtown. We especially loved being close to Harps Grocery.

What a lovely home ... clean, comfortable, conveniently located and a HOT TUB! Having access to the garage was wonderful as it was just an extra added level of safety for traveling women. Loved the personal touch with getting to meet you and the cookie cake was a lovely touch of hospitality. The beds were quite comfortable and the en suite bathroom for each room was wonderful. Thank you for sharing your home. Will definitely be back!

Fun girls weekend!
Our group of five friends had a wonderful stay at this property for our annual girls’ weekend! It was horribly hot outside, but the a/c kept us cool and comfortable. The beds were so comfortable, and everyone slept well. The property is located on a small cove where we were able to float on our inner tubes peacefully and enjoy the lake without being run down by boats and jet skis. Great communication with the property management and no hiccups with check in or check out. I highly recommend this property!

Weekend at the Horse Races
My husband and I recently spent a weekend with two other couples in this home. It provided us with plenty of room with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The hot tub was such a nice added bonus. The property manager was very helpful at check in. We had a wonderful stay.

By far the Best Longshot
The Longshot condo is the perfect Hot Springs getaway. We have stayed there 3 times for birthday race weekends. It is in the perfect location. The condo is quiet and I love how each room has their own private bathroom. After a fun day in, the hot tub and porch area is great for a relaxing g night in. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful memories made in this lovely lake house. Perfect location on a quiet cove to explore Lake Hamilton/Ouchita River. Nice hot tub and patio for evenings and grilling out with friends or family. Perfect set up though for 3 couples. In particular with 3 masters.
