This property was excellent. Parking, amenities, the cookies upon arrival... clean, modern... though the bed was uncomfortable and the room was on the small size. I'm not sure why name brand hotels have such small rooms. All in all the stay was good.

The staff was so accommodating. We arrived late and the kitchen was closed... the front desk attendant was helpful with other options available. He also provided us with a fresh cookie!! We had a room with a view. The beds and linens were fresh and clean and the room was comfortable. Thanks!!

The hotel & area was very nice & chose it because of the Lake view room we booked based on the pictures & advertisement, but upon checking in was told the only room left was not lake view & the next day when confronted front desk that not only was our room not lake view as we booked for our Anniversary showing pictures of what was advertised to us that we were booking vs what we got, which was a view of a big wall & asked if there was anything they could do to make it right, was very rudely told no & basically you get what you get and there was nothing that they were going to do especially since we booked thru a 3rd party.
