Little things mean a lot

Really the only things about this hotel that didn't meet our expectations were the shower rod was a modern bowed one which was not fastened properly; thus the shower curtain would not stay closed. The other thing was that the breakfast included pre made egg rounds which were very unappetizing. It is the little things that management doesn't attend to, that cost little or nothing to attend to; but inconveniences the traveler.
