Convenient access to all stores

Had a wonderful stay. My second time there but just this time the staff wasn't very social. Breakfast wasn't as good as last time. Not much to choose from. Requested extra pillows and was told they don't do that when last time, no questions were asked. Other than that I had a great time.

I would not recommend staying here. I booked two rooms for my family. They separated us by putting me on the 2nd floor and my kids on 3rd floor. When I complained about it they said oh, you have to suggest that ahead of time. Why would I need to do that when I purchased two rooms together at the same time. Made no sense at all.

Nice people and staff. Remote on t.v. didn't work and they got it replaced. The refrigerator made a terrible noise all night long. We had to unplug it to get any sleep. Could not figure out how to turn the shower on and I have a Master's Degree. Good Hot water. We were right by the outside exit and it was very noisy. Rooms don't seem to be very well insulated. Easy access to the race track. Overall a B rating.

Got a great deal and was in dire need of a room for an event coincided with the horse races, but not sure it was worth it. The hotel definitely needs to be updated. Peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. They do have smoking rooms and you can definitely tell when you walk in, as it hits you in the face, and from the hallways. We had four rooms and at least 2 of the 4 had shower handles that didn't work right. We had an accident and went down to the front desk to get a bandaid and they didn't have that or a first aid kit. The stairwell was full of covers for the ac units in the rooms and light fixtures in boxes. Breakfast was good, but there was only room for about 10-12 people to sit.

I'm sorry that apparently our front desk did not know where to locate the first aid kit which, of course we have available at all times. Please know that we are currently in the process of remodeling the entire property to better serve you, our valued customer. Thank You, Jay
