This was a nice place to stay, although it is located too far from the historic district to walk there. It does have a Texas Roadhouse restaurant and a Walgreens that is open 24 hours just across the parking lot.

great place to stay when visiting Hot Springs, easy to find, restaurants conveniently close, room clean and quiet, free breakfast had a nice selection of foods to choose from.

The hotel was very clean. Our room was very clean the staff at the counter were friendly however, the staff in the breakfast area was not very sociable. Our first morning there on a Thursday there was only one lady trying to man the continental breakfast, and it was too much for one person. The second day there were three people and they did keep everything hot and ready however, they acted like the guest were invisible no iContact no hello how was your day like we were not there Even when I tried to engage them the upstairs staff was very friendly and very helpful in every way We were disappointed to find out there was no hot tub

Turns out that me and my daughter were on spring break and apparently neither of us really got any sleep. Our big bed was apparently extremely uncomfortable.

The property is as advertised. Clean ,comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a good complimentary breakfast. Our stay was very good until the last evening when school bus load of children checked in. They were running the halls, slamming doors and using the hallway as their meeting room. This went on until after 11pm on a Sunday evening when we had to get up early the next morning. I don't know what the property could have done about it, but it was very annoying.

Great family hotel
Conveniently located, just a a few miles away from Hot Springs National Park and near the exit to other attractions such as Garvan Gardens, Coleman Mining, and Ouachita Lake. Staff were nice and knowledgeable. The pool was perfect for our children, and our room was comfortable although the bathroom needs to be updated. Overall it was excellent.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff was also fantastic. We stayed 1 night and was in town for passports. The staff was extra helpful with printing documents and such for us. I do wish it had a better breakfast but other than that we really enjoyed our stay!
