Owner should pay more attention to the cleanliness and conditions of the rooms and property. Blackout curtain was falling apart allowing visibility into the first floor room. TVs did not work requiring a swap out of the cable box in several rooms. No clock or hair dryer. Stairwell was dirty. Plenty of hot water.

Pros: Two stores (Kroger and Walmart) within 1 min drive, so it’s convenient for shopping. Plenty onsite parking. Clean rooms. Cons: Breakfast is served on styrofoam dishes. Pool is bad: door knobs are corroded, no towels, disintegrated fibers of safety rings float on the pool.

The employee at check-in was rude. The elevator was broken and no one was working to fix it. The curtains in the room were very dirty. There was no hairdryer in the room. No toilet paper holder, which was odd. Breakfast was lacking. All in all it was a disappointing stay, and not worth the price paid.

Pros- close to shops and restaurants. Cons- 1. There was a roach in the shower area 2. The air did not work in the room, even though it was working, the room remain hot 3. The DIRECTV did not work. 4. I could not park on the property I had to park at an adjacent hotel. 5. The mattresses are horrible. Only slept for four hours. Maybe your experience will be different, although that was mine. March 12, 2024.

The jetted tub room was a little pricey but well worth it after the massages we received only 1 mile from the hotel, the jetted tub felt amazing and it was very clean! Would definitely stay there from now on anytime I'm in hot springs!!! ❤️🤓🥰

Card key did not work twice that we tried to get it re-swiped breakfast was horrible. There was nothing there to eat. They were out of everything at 7:30 in the morning waiting on a truck to deliver supplies. The king-size bed was like sleeping on lumpy springs wore out completely worn out.

The waffles were great but I made them myself.
There was never anyone at the front desk. Ever. The breakfast was « okay » but needs work. The hot items were barely cooked. There was cream cheese but no bagels. There’s no telling how old the cereal in the cereal dispenser was, but you’d be better off with individual boxes. Fresh fruit wouldn’t hurt, even if it was just bananas and oranges. The coffee was fantastic.

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful, however the room thaat i booked through the expedia app was non existing in their building. I booked a double room king ( bedroom with king bed and a seprate area with couch) and got a single room with a king bed and single chair. Also the coffee was ice cold and left all day and night.
