Upon arrival we encountered a few issues (dirty sofa bed linens, used toiletries left in bathroom, no tissues or toilet paper, and missing remote for one of the tvs. The cleaning staff was still on our floor so they quickly remedied the toiletry issue. Later when we discovered the soiled sofa bed linens and remote we called front desk and they immediately corrected. The prompt, courteuos response of the staff was appreciated which is why the hotel received a three rating from us. Otherwise, room was spacious, had a clean fridge and microwave, and comfortable beds. Shower head was clean and had good water pressure (often a sore point when we travel).
