Eh, it was so-so!

This was ok for a one night stay but we would not stay there again. We got a roll away bed for our 11 year old daughter. She couldn't get comfortable on it so I got up to check it out & it felt like sleeping on box springs. No padding at all so I had to fold the comforter in half to pad it enough for her to get some sleep. The breakfast wasn't anything to brag about either. They were out of almost everything. The waffle mix was as thin as water which created a big mess in the waffle maker.

Great room for the price

Great location, great room for the price and friendly staff. The only thing I would like to see improvement on is the temperature of the rooms, which is a common problem at most hotels.

Ok for short stay

Pros: Breakfast, indoor pool, size of room, fridge, microwave
Cons: After swimming our eyes were stinging & bloodshot. When pool isn't properly treated a chemical reaction with urine in the water causes eyes to sting.
Several oversights regarding the room and pool left us with an impression that cleanliness wasn't top priority.

Location: Hot Springs National Park, Lake Hamilton, Diamond Crater State Park, bath houses,
Upon arrival we encountered a few issues (dirty sofa bed linens, used toiletries left in bathroom, no tissues or toilet paper, and missing remote for one of the tvs. The cleaning staff was still on our floor so they quickly remedied the toiletry issue. Later when we discovered the soiled sofa bed linens and remote we called front desk and they immediately corrected. The prompt, courteuos response of the staff was appreciated which is why the hotel received a three rating from us. Otherwise, room was spacious, had a clean fridge and microwave, and comfortable beds. Shower head was clean and had good water pressure (often a sore point when we travel).

All you need in a motel or hotel

Wonderful room and breakfast was great . Was playing in golf tournament and it was just a few minutes from the course.

It was pretty cool. I wouldn't mind coming back. Quiet and very comfortable. Close to a lot of stores. Very convenient.

Snippy Desk Clerk

Pros: Easy to get in and out of, slightly out of the busy part of down town Hot Springs.
Cons: Friendlier staff
Location: Magic Springs, Crystal Falls, down town Hot Springs.
Rooms were nice and clean. Desk Clerk must not like children who are curious about where they will be staying. She verbally corrected them on several occasions and gave them mean eyes each time we passed the hotel desk. When your party of 10 has 6 children that hasn't seen each other in a while they are going to be laughing and playing with each other. Since an adult was always in attendance with the children to ensure that they did not harm anything and that they remained safe the Desk Clerk should have left the situation to the adult in attendance to correct the children if needed.

Great place to stay with lots of good eating places close by....Great breakfast...Great staff...Indoor pool and The Blu Monkey next door is great.
