Cheap but still not worth it.

Booked a King room. Got to hotel around noon, staff said they didn't have a king ready. My wife and I went out came back around 5pm and checked in only to find they had put us in a room with two double beds. I went to office, staff member said they had "upgraded" me to the two double room. I told him I booked a king because that is what I wanted. None available. The TV didn't work, the coffee maker didn't work, the hair dryer didn't work, key swipe on door didn't work had to get regular key, and the door did not shut or lock properly. For a Windham hotel it is terrible.
