Ok hotel but expected more

Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: The staff was friendly and somewhat helpful
Cons: See above
Location: Good location
Overall the stay was just ok. I was disappointed in the cleanliness - the chairs in atrium were dirty and needed cleaning; the carpets throughout the hallways, in my room and atrium area needed vacuuming; the price was too high although I booked late. Will I stay here again. Probably but only because there are no other decent options.

Pros: Location to local attractions and restaurants great.
Cons: New carpets.
Avoid a room near the elevators. Very loud there at times

Great Amenities

Posted May 30, 2015
Location: Close to Bath House Row and located within the National Park.
We had a great stay at this hotel. The free breakfast, early evening reception, spa, pool and shuttle to destinations within 3 miles made this a very nice hotel to stay in. The rooms were roomy and clean and staff was friendly.

50 parking spaces from a perfect score!!!!

Very nice hotel in Hot Springs, in fact, might be the best overall. Only downside is the parking overflows badly and when they have events at the Convention Center you'll be lucky to park about a 1/2 mile from the hotel. Otherwise, very, very good.

Some disappointments.

Nice atmosphere in the lobby. Good location for the convention center. Complimentary food was good. Had an incident where there was no cold water during bath/shower time past 11:00pm. Had to add cold water from the sink to the tub. Wish the management would have adjusted the room rate to cover the unconvenience.

Wonderful stay in Hot Springs!

Embassy Suites is always a favorite for me as far as hotels :) They have a great free breakfast and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with really friendly staff. Hot Springs Embassy Suites did not disappoint and lived up to my expectations! We had a great vacation and great night sleep :) Thanks again!

Hotel was great but Hot Springs as a town, not so

Quick getaway for husband and myself. Room was very quiet even through a thunderstorm and heavy rain one night. Breakfast cooked to order was good and happy hour was pleasant although maybe need more for the snack than hummus, salsa, chips and crackers. Surrounding area is a little sleazy and seems that Hot Springs downtown area is in deep decline. Sorry to see that so many storefronts are vacant and the sidewalks were empty at 7pm at night except for the vagrants.
