Staff went above and beyond

We got the last room they had. Unfortunately it was a smoking room. The staff supplied us with febreeze and a dehumidifier to attempt to lessen the smoke smell as much as possible. Breakfast was terrific. Very pleased with this stay.

Love the room and the whirlwind bathtube the staff was very nice and helpfull and tge breakfest was good

Hot Springs, AR Hampton

The ONLY concern we had was that there was a small amount of debris, probably from a sponge, in the bottom of the bath tub. The ladies attending to the breakfast area were very cordial and friendly and seemed to really care that they were doing a good job.

Nice hotel, close to the springs and stores.

The staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean. The fan in the bathroom didn't work but no big deal.

Rested

It was an unplanned over night stay and found us very tired. Checking in was fast with no problems and the clerk was professional and helpful. It was quiet, clean. My father was happy to see oatmeal and bacon for breakfast. I was pleased as well.

Great location. You can access from Hwy 7 or Higdon Ferry to avoid traffic
