Pros: Housekeeping did a great job and the staff was very helpful.
Cons: Room updates.
The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was noisy at times, we could hear noise from the room next to us and the room above us.

Hot Springs stay

The location and hotel were great. Staff was rude!

Every staff member we saw was so rude! We arrived 5 MINUTES before check in and she was extremely rude telling us we would just have to come back becauae we were early! We asked for our rooms to be on the same floor. She said well don't u think u should have asked for that when u booked? The second day our room didn't get cleaner so I called the desk and they said u will just have to come get them. I've been on my feet all day and am not coming up there.

it's suppose to be smoke free property. Yeah, well, the manager and workers were smoking right in front of the main entrance. Needed assistance our first night there and the night desk clerk was outside smoking. Where at? You guessed it, right in front of the main entrance, as well. I'm all for freedom and free will, but when you're employed at a place that is suppose to be smoke free property, probably shouldn't smoke right in front of the main entrance.

Do apologize for this. The smoking area is at the bench which is over 25ft from the front door which by law has to be 25ft. We will be having a discussion about this with the staff. Hope this does not discourage you from visiting with us again. Thank you.

Ok place to sleep.

This hotel was an alright place to sleep, it was clean enough but there were a few hairs on the bathroom floor and some dust behind the night stands. The beds were fairly comfortable. The temperature of the room was hard to regulate and the tv was small. Overall it was an ok place to stay, nothing spectacular. No hottub but it does have a small indoor pool. We stayed here on our visit to hot springs because the hotels in hot springs are outrageously expensive.

The room and beds were comfortable. Beds were clean and fresh. I was surprised to find a stain on the wall behind the entry door (looked like coffee that had not been wiped down) and also on the inside of the bathroom door (unknown origin). The breakfast was fresh and tasty.
