Good choice for family

Pros: The staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable.
Cons: All was good
Location: The location was good but most everything was, of course, driving distance. There were several restaurants nearby and within walking distance.
The room was very clean. Breakfast was full of choices and the indoor pool, while small, kept my two grandchildren occupied after dinner. The location was easy in and out. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Dog Hotel

Pros: location of busniss.
Cons: no animals allowed. Put them in a barn.
Location: Go to the Blue Monkey Grill to eat.
I did not know dogs were allowed in the hotel when I booked it. I'll not go to this hotel again.

I last stayed here back in 2008 or 09. I am glad to see the quality remains high and the place is well kept.

Great price

Girls trip from KC to Hot Springs. Arrived at 1:30am the attendant was very nice and had us all ready. The room was nice and up to date was very clean only bad comment I can say was the bed box that hides the under the bed was off and look bad. Breakfast on the other hand was awesome. You had your choice from traditional waffles cereal yogur, sausage eggs bagels toast and the egg omelette that was just divine. Orange juice milk hot chocolate coffee apple juice water muffins bananas. If I go back to Hot Springs I was staying here.
