Okay hotel

Hotel was very crowded, was loud, lots of kids and dogs. (I love kids and dogs, but thete were A LOT of both.) Pool was small, breakfast was crowded, no room for everyone to sit. The elevator was always packed and forget about getting a luggage cart. The room was clean and bathroom was roomy. If it weren't so crowded, our experience would probably have been better.

Dirty pool snd hotel smelled like dogs. Good location close to everything, but a bit pricey for what it had to offer its guest.

Staff was friendly, people outside front door smoking, pool was disgusting, room was fairly clean and comfortable.... overall it was an ok stay....

Convenient access to downtown and interstate, very pet friendly, very friendy staff and good breakfast. Hotel is in need of many repairs though.

The room we originally were checked into the air did not work. We asked the front desk to call the maintenance man. When we returned from our massage and back to our room, the air was still not working. My husband went downstairs to talk to the front desk clerk to find out why the air had not been fixed. When he returned he had us moved to the executive suite. Needless to say, we were pleased with the accommodations.

Awesome stay

Very clean rooms beautiful setting great breakfast very clean rooms and bathroom also lobby and pool staff was very polite and friendly would definitely stay again felt very safe
