Good clean hotel with great FREE breakfast

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. My only complaints are the lighting in the pool and there's water on the floors where people leave the pool and I slipped several times.

Good place to stay

Cons: weakest coffee in town
good experience and would return when in Hot Springs

Nice hotel close to everything

Our stay was really nice. The room is AMAZING! It was a little loud at night but, nothing my fan did not drown out. FANTASTIC breakfast in the morning! Definitely staying there when we go back!

Stayed here for the last time

We had stayed here twice before and had a good experience, but this time was the last. Luckily we had reservations because the hotel was sold out. They were short on housekeepers and no rooms were available till after 5. It must have been spring break because the kids were everywhere. It was very noisy and at 11:15 my husband called the front desk and ask them to quiet the group in the room above us. Lots of door slamming later. The breakfast was good and the staff was pleasant. They were just overwhelmed both nights that we were there. Too bad, we stay at La Quinta alot.

It was nice and comfortable. The employees were friendly. It was clean. Beds were soft. It wasn't to far from anything.

elevator to slow internet didnt work half te time it was the worst motel ive ever stayed in
