It was an average hotel. Some things could be upgraded and repaired. It was a relaxing stay. Visually, was just OK. Some tiles in bathroom needs fixing, vents need to be cleaned, tub could use a good scrubbing.

Hot Springs Getaway

Pros: Great breakfast buffet and staff. Fresh fruit, waffles and sausage along with oatmeal, scrambled eggs and delicious coffee.
Location: Visit the bath house and pamper yourself!
The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. It was quiet and felt safe. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a small couch in the suite, but, no television. You had to sit on the bed to watch TV. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

We loved staying at this hotel. Great rooms and service. Awesome breakfast and accommodations. Pool was nice too! We have stayed here many times and they never disappoint. Love that they accept animals and even have treats for them. Cookies are to die for. We will continue to stay at this hotel as long as we are traveling

Good hotel

Good hotel. Easy access to nearby restaurants. Not too crazy about the luggage carts and the outside side doors do not work but the room was good and the tub was super deep.

Dog friendly hotel!

I love it. You walk in and they have a dog bowl and doggie bags. It’s great. And it’s no charge for pets!

We did not stay after looking at the room We went down the street and stayed at holiday inn express. Disappointed in Laquita. It was a franchise inn. Will ask next time if franchise or corporate owned
