Very professional staffs

We usually stay at the Courtyard, but last weekend, the room was very pricey. We decided on La Quinta because it was a reasonable price. I am glad we did. . The staffs were tbe best!!. They were courteous and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We also love that there was a full breakfast. Its was a great stay!

Great place not far. from bath houses

Pros: Nice and clean looking, breakfast was also very good. Our room did have a slight odor when we first walked in, but disappeared shortly.
Cons: Maybe the odor could have been eliminated with air fresheners between occupancy.
Location: It was on the same highway as the bath houses only about 10 to 15 minutes away, numerous places to dine, shopping malls and Walmart (:>)
Great place which was not more than 10 minutes from downtown bath houses and plenty of places to eat all around.

Friendly place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Hot Springs LaQuinta. It was packed due to the holiday weekend but the staff and services were still outstanding. Comfortable rooms in a convenient location to the attractions of the town. We'd stay here again.

Lovely Hotel, good breakfast and location.....

Pros: Location was good
Location: Krogers and gas station nearby
Breakfast was good and staff very courteous. One problem with the shower not draining properly though.

The first night the neighbors kids ran in and out slamming the door. The second night we thought they had checked out, were we wrong. My husband told staff we were promptly moved to a new room and no other problems. Room was clean had a great night sleep. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast every morning was very good with a large selection to choose from.

LaQuinta's are dog friendly of course and that's why I need to stay there. My room was upgraded to a deluxe King before I arrived and it was very nice. I did have a bit of a "musty" odor but not terrible. ~ The young person attending to the dining area, staffing the breakfast was very cordial with her "Hello Everyone - Good Morning" .... IT was packed because of a Basketball Tournament.

Great stay

Facilities and room were very clean and comfortable. Floor around the pool was very uncomfortable to walk on without shoes.

La Quinta administration make a surprise visit.

Cons: Read my experience. Almost every aspect could be improved
Location: I very much enjoyed the city of Hot Springs. My hotel was the only negative experience
Horrible. First room toilet doesn't work upon entry. Moved to second room smells strongly of smoke. Start a shower fire alarm starts going off and won't stop. Third room the bathroom door covering lower right hand corner near the floor is chipped in about a 3 inch area showing unfinished wood. This is a description of the first 40 minutes from check in. I will never stay in a La Quinta hotel again. The next morning the breakfast sausage was prepared in a crock pot. Very un-appetizing. I currently run my own business. If this was one of my satellite companies at least one person would not have a job now.
