It was good we had to be moved once and rhe heat wasnt working but they immediately took care of the problem and myself and made sure i was ok and satisfied

nicest staff ever

The room was comfy and clean and the entire staff were great. Housekeeping was helpful and the front desk people were great. We had a total of 5 rooms and they were all nice.

OK, but not sure we'd stay there again

The room smelled a little funny and the carpet didn't seem super clean. The room next door looked like the front was all missing with no door like the wall was knocked down and it had hanging plastic sheets covering the huge opening. Kind of creepy. It would be been nice to have had a chair in the room as well.

Convenient to Hot Springs National Park

This hotel was not in very good shape. Certainly not the quality of a normal Quality Inn. The staff was friendly, but we were not very happy with the stay overall.

Unfortunately the beds in this motel were terrible. The location was good accessible to the different attractions.
