noisy.. and lack of maintenance we could listen the people next door like if it is inside in our room... sadly it was a family with kids and they were arguing on a Sunday at 7 am... condition. at the room with lack of maintenance and not soo clean

Quiet place

The place is great for a brief stay and you just need a place to lay your head. Nothing spectacular but sufficient.

Horrible only good thing was the ppl. Rooms were dirty roach infested. Would not recommend............ . ................... ............... ................................9

Basic breakfast, clean hotel

The hotel is very convenient to central Hot Springs. Breakfast was basic -- muffins, breads, waffles, cold hard boiled eggs, cereal.

Noisy, only one gate to pool open, when there were 4 on premises. Envelopes were left on the table in the room requesting a tip for the housekeeping department. This was unreal.
