Nice hotel for the money

We stayed here during a pleasure trip to Hot Springs. We ziplined that day and needed somewhere inexpensive to stay that night. For the money we spent on the room, it was very nice. The clerk who checked us in was not very friendly, but he got the job done.

Not really worth the money

Asked for non smokeing room. Room smelled bad. Cigarette but on floor. Breakfast was no good. Wasn't even worth saying u offer a continental breakfast I have had better at a cheaper hotel need a lot of improvement so this is not on my list to say at again

Nice Hotel

Convenient location, friendly staff, Clean rooms, Safe & quiet area, Great Continental Breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and quiet

The hotel was a bit older, but the room was clean and relatively spacious and the beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the sink was a little low for some reason, but the shower was fine. The A/C worked well and there was a mini fridge and microwave. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint was that the parking lot was being repaved when we were there, so a large portion of it was blocked off which caused us to have a little difficulty getting to our room. That was temporary though, I'm sure. The area was very quiet and seemed safe. It wasn't the most elegant room out there, but was clean and comfortable and a reasonable price, which was what we wanted. I would be more than willing to stay there again.

Good price, but bed was horribly uncomfortable. Hotel is dated and needs some TLC. Breakfast was so-so, coffee was horrid. Very close to National park so big plus.
