Needs some repairs

There was only one working elevator out of three with a wedding party, comicon convention, and other guests in the hotel. Terribly long wait times to use the elevator.

Great hotel.

Location: Great location. The main shopping ( central st. ) was one block from hotel ft door plus hotel free shuttle would take you and pick you up any place,
Everything was perfect. Top to bottom hotel was spotless, every staff member we encountered from valet parking, front desk housekeeping to the breakfast buffet staff and the sports bar and grill staff have never had such a perfect hotel and staff like this. Hotel location was perfect, also free shuttle service to everything used it a number of times. Free buffet everyday was very good as was the food in the grill. This hotel was just remodeled and is as new as it can be. We will never even think about staying at any other hotel on return trips to hot springs.

Classy hotel for a weekend getaway

Everything was wonderful. Great stay! Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Room was clean and bed was very cozy! We will be back to stay longer next time! Barn style doors on the bathroom and showers were adorable. Great style and great pricing!!

Nice, close to everything.

Nice, clean and is within walking distance of everything We planned. The only issue was parking is a half block away, but they do offer shuttle service

Excellent experience from check in to check out. Hotel was busy and staff was top notch. Walking distance to all downtown attractions.

Broken Elevators

The hotel was newly remodeled and very comfortable. The staff seemed a little new so they weren't yet polished. Some of the fit and finish to the renovations left a bit to be desired. I was there on a VERY busy weekend. Unfortunately, 3 of the 4 elevators were down (including the service elevator) requiring 30 minute wait time to get up or down. Very frustrating (not reflected in my review scores as I think this was a one-off occurrence). Overall, nice place and I think it will continue to improve.

Room was comfortable. Restaurant was outstanding and reasonable . Complimentary breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend!

Great, modern, and clean

Pros: It was close to bathhouse row, clean, and modern.
Cons: The elevators are a bit slow. The wait time is long so we took the stairs and the stairs are not clearly labeled as to how to exit to the lobby.
Location: Location was great!
Lovely place to stay in Hot Springs, AR. Very close to bathhouse row. The hotel is well designed, clean, and very comfortable. The elevators are slow, so slow down and enjoy the space around you while you wait for the elevators.

Check in wasn't until 4 We arrived in town about 12:30 or so had no idea what to do until check in. So we decided just to go to the hotel to check to see if they had a room ready for us and they did. Let us check in early-!!! Great staff and very convenient location to all things to do in the city. Will be glad when the spa and fitness center is completed ✅
