Very unkept property opposite as advertised of COVID19 guidelines
From the outside to the inside of property this property is unkept, not taken care of. It is evident the property is strictly for money making, but without the touch of making customers feel at home. The home had a VERY old stale smell to it. We went out and purchased room deodorizer to put throughout the house due to the horrible smell.
-The outside needs cleared of lots of cobwebs,.debris and very dirty windows.
-The appliances were dirty, stove or refrigerator was not cleaned out. The sofas have stains, finger prints on TV and tables, windows shows it had not been disinfected from the previous occupants. The toilets weren't clean with one having fece, light switches were very dirty.
-Gas fireplace did not work.
-Bedding had hair on blankets.
-All of the furniture was either extremely old and falling apart or very cheap.
-Bathtub had rust stains so I had to wear flip flops in the shower.
-Dishwashing liquid and soap in kitchen were empty. We had to buy some along with disinfectant to clean the house ourselves. What a disappointment when it was supposed to be a relaxing weekend. Not worth tje money we spent per night for this particular home.
