"Miriam was an absolute delight as a host. We began communicating upon booking and her replies were quick and, informative. We had an issue with the hot water and, Miriam was quick to send over maintenance. We would definitely use this rental company again but, maybe stay a little farther north to be closer to restaurants."

"Casa Chloe was a great place to stay in Cancun. It was convenient for our large family. Issues with one A/C unit and the oven were resolved promptly. Proximity to the beach was great, taking the beach chairs and umbrella with us several times. Kitchen had all the tools necessary to cook, and we even cooked out on the patio grill once. Overall a great experience!"

"Excellent facilities. Great pool and beautiful clean beach. Service staff are excellent and delligent. Waiting staff is a mixed though. Also, 'the concierge' will shower you with phone calls until you accept sitting down with them for a 90 minutes presentation pitch for the hotel's timesharing scheme!"

"The property is lovely, the beach and pool and especially the landscaping very well maintained. The staff is so kind and very accommodating. The actual rooms themselves are quite dated and some of the furnishings are extremely dated and not real clean- it was a double edged sword. We are sure we had the best unit with regards to outdoor space and privacy, but the indoor part was very dated and not clean. We enjoyed the stay regardless of indoor furnishings. "
