Staff was very welcoming. We had a slight hiccup at the start when we were pressured to learn about their timeshare. We have a toddler. It's pretty bananas to try to get a family with young kid(s) to attend a timeshare meeting. But otherwise we really enjoyed the food, service, and overall experience. I'd recommend not facing the beach here because that's the direction the night entertainment takes place. We faced towards the bay and could hear the bass at night but it wasn't terrible. I wish the evening entertainment took place earlier so our toddler could watch. Most things didn't start till 8pm or 9pm. So he missed out on the fire show and circus show. But again, great fun for our family, lots of high chairs, understanding staff members, and very accommodating to our lil one.

Older resort. Not as clean as others we’ve stayed. Food was ok. Staff could have been more attentive. Beach was small and limited access to chairs at pool and beach. Our room door would not latch therefore was unlocked for many hours but they fixed it right away once we brought it to their attention. We were expecting more based on reviews we read. It was our least favorite property out of 4 places we’ve stayed in Cancun.

I don't usually leave reviews but others need to be aware of the fraud we experienced at this resort. My husband, 5 yr old son & I arrived at the resort on Feb. 10/24 around 8pm. Upon check in we were shocked when told that our son was not listed on the reservation. We had pre-booked this package with Expedia a few months prior. We were able show our confirmation to prove that he was on the reservation; He would not have been able to board the plane if he was not! After showing the man at the check in, he then went in the office behind the desk where we waited 20 minutes for him to come back and show us that our son is on the reservation but listed as a 4 year old instead of a 5 year old. He then wanted to charge us an extra $100 USD/night because of the age difference! Obviously we were not happy about this so he gave us a "deal" which worked out to an extra $550.81 CAD. At this point we were all tired and hungry from a long travel day so we handed over our visa and decided to sort it out later. Fast forward to our return home, we were able to confirm that our son was indeed listed on our reservation with the correct date of birth (again, would have been stopped at airport if passport did not match booking) and emailed this information to the resort on Feb.18th to request a refund. They replied back on Feb. 20th showing the invoice was cancelled. It has been over a month and we still have not received our money back! Have sent follow emails but no reply. disgusting.FRAUD!!

We loved our time at Fiesta Americana Condesa! The food was great, the staff was friendly and the pools were a lot of fun. We stayed at the resort the whole time and we had a blast. It was great for adults and our teenagers as well.

We’ve stayed at 4 resorts in Cancun and this is as good as any of them! The pool scene is very lively, accommodating both families and adults (who want to drink and party). Buffet was great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Navigating the reservations for dinner was a tad challenging, but we managed to have great meals at both the Thai and Italian places. Friendly staff, as at all of the places we’ve stayed, which makes Cancun a reliable vacation destination. Very convenient to airport, too.

I'm not sure why this hotel would get any bad review. It was amazing from beginning to end. They do ask for a 45 min presentation to sell you a timeshare or something, but you can decline if you want to. We did it and got a free cabana for the day and a cheaper spa massage. The Italian restaurant (requires reservation) was INCREDIBLE. Top 3 best foods I've had my entire life. The beach was phenomenal. Everything just perfect.

The facility is gorgeous and the staff is amazing. They are constantly asking what else they can do for you but we never had to ask for a thing. Food was outstanding in all the restaurants.

The hotel itself is not that big, something that I appreciate, but has a big pool area. The gym is very small and not enough for a busy season, the food was in general very good, the specialty restaurants in particular. The service of the staff was good except from the ones cleaning the room, or they didn't leave the towels, or water or shampoo. I began to leave notes telling them what was missing.

This is the second time we have visited Fiesta. I would like to say that every single staff member at this resort provided super-friendly, beautiful, and efficient service. All these beautiful people will only try to make you happy and enjoy every second of your time with unique food, entertainment, activities, room service, and many other things. You can find a rare resort like Fiesta to make your vacation dreamy and relaxing. Wonderful. Food was great, service and staff were awesome. Very attentive. Would definitely go back. Recommend using the safe in the room for any valuables. Our ipad never left the room during our stay yet somehow ended up in lost & found(?). Not sure exactly what happened but it was odd. Ended up getting it back ultimately.

This was our 3rd all inclusive experience in Cancun and was the absolute worst. Upon arrival we knew instantly that the hospitality was lacking. We were not greeted with the excitement and warmth experienced at the most basic all inclusive resort. We were not escorted to our room and were sent to locate it ourselves with minimal direction and carrying our own luggage. The room itself had a broken thermostat and was far to cold the entire stay. No slippers were provided and the robes were very stiff. We opted to not use them. The walls were paper thin and you could hear absolutely everything. Many of the electrical outlets did not work. The private pool area was not lit. While this resort boasts many restaurants the reality is there are only a few that are repurposed during the day/night with a new theme. The room service menu does not have many options. We were both violently ill after eating at one particular restaurant on site. Maintenance of the beach was well done however there is very minimal beach loungers and it becomes quite competitive for a seat. All of the beach beds are devoted to club members only. The beach does not have a drink bar, towel bar, or food station… you’ll need to go back into the hotel area to grab any of the above and return to beach. The theatre was very run down and the performance were weak. There is only 1 late night bar and no nightclub. The live music was brutal. Pool was nice but closes at 8pm. We like to tip but nobody seemed happy to serve
