Hotel was beautiful and staff was excellent. However, the room walls are very thin and you can hear every word spoken in the room next door. Additionally, if you have a pool side room they play loud music and have activities all day and it is very loud inside the room.

Nice hotel, great staff and service

This is a nice all inclusive for the money, we have stayed there 6 or 7 times so we must like it. The service and staff are great and the facility is very clean. The pool entertainment staff is really great and work very hard. The food is OK but has gone down in the last few years. They need to step up the quality a little.
