The Hotel is dated. The walls of the rooms are thin and you can hear your neigbours’ conversations. The buffet food is repetitive and not that great. The location is nice and the staff is helpful.

Upon booking hotel was advertised as free wifi, upon arrival front desk said wifi is only free on wednesdays, it was a big disappointment as that's was one of the main reasons to why we booked for this hotel. Front desk workers did not have sympathy or offered any compensation for the misunderstanding. Rooms were old, smelled bad, sheets had stains on them, was not what I expected.

The overall part of the hotel was awesome. The entertainment staff was amazing! Andrew and Luis were awesome! Don’t forget my guy Hamilton! Felt like part of the crew! Only negative things I would say was the food was nasty and the beds were a little hard. But overall a great time.

Great Hotel, good value, very clean!

Location: Wave runners very near to the right on the beach. Bus stop right out the front door. Helpful Concierge.
HOtel staff very good and friendly. Great food, many choices. Quiet. PERFECT location on the beach!

The hotel staff is excellent, but the beds in the room are not that nice and the building is a little dated. The food and drinks in the resort were not good. This was my first time at an all inclusive and I thought the food and drinks would be much better. We ended up going out and eating the local food, so I feel like the all inclusive aspect was a waste of money.

Average Hotel on a beach not far from the airport

Food and alcoholic beverages were BEYOND HORRIBLE. I was unable to find something to eat for most of my stay and had to eat off the property a couple of times. I dont think this was a real All Inclusive option. Very Disappointing. Old brown towels in the bathroom need to be discarded URGENTLY. Rooms were old fashioned and had a funky smell which was really TERRIBLE. Long wait time before rooms are available when you arrive, epecially if you arrived before 3pm. I had to wait three hours in the lobby while on vacation as there was no early check in option available. Unfriendly front desk staff. Lots of pressure to buy timeshare...this seems to be the general practice in Cancun as a whole.

About food, to be able to give a food service in a reasonable time, our food is prepared in advance and the stews are seasoned to a neutral taste so that anyone could enjoy it. In addition we have at the disposal of the diners condiments such as: Salt, Blackpepper, hot sauces and bottles sauces as Worcestershire and A1 to accompany the dishes in case you feel it tasteless to your palate. In our restaurants every day we offer different themed menus. As well, we also have a snack by the pool and a pizza station. Also, we offer at least 2 dinner choices. We apologize they weren't of your taste. Nevertheless we appreciate your feedback regarding this subject therefore it will help us to improve in the future. On the other hand, we apologize regarding the experience you had with our concierge services. The purpose of the breakfast meeting is to inform our about the membership program and the benefits of being part of it; we are sorry if you felt unwelcoming or pressured, as well as, for the misinformation you received. Food was so so. Sliced my toe open on the first day and got very little attention for it. Evening performances were mediocre imitations.

Beautiful view

Would not recommend the jacuzzi room. They are actually somehow smaller then the regular room. Not worth the extra money. It's a party resort.. between the afternoon hours until 5:30 it's party central down by the pool and if you have an ocean view it gets really noisy when your trying to relax. We were there for a whole week and the room service food was good but very repetitive after a while. The food was delicious however, and the staff was wonderful! The rooms were fairly clean and comfortable. My brother and his girlfriend also had their own room and they were higher then us with a beautiful room as well (bigger). Overall it was an amazing visit!
