Dinner reservation process was not good

Were were only able to get reservations to the restaurants on night in our five night stay, it’s a bad process to get a reservation and the food you can access instead is very average in taste and quality

The staff were all amazing and very helpful. The hotel itself was ok. The hot water wasn’t working a couple of times for about 3 to 4 hours. The food is what you would expect from most all inclusive hotels. I would stay there again because the staff was always willing to help and answer any questions I had. Location of the property is not the best, I would have liked to be closer to the north side of the hotel zone.

Place is not great.

No hot water until our last night at hotel. Workers kept saying they’d be up to fix and never did. After two hours of trying the last night it was miraculously fixed when they came to the room. Still didn’t have hot water in hot tub and never used it. Food was ok and pillows where bad. We stayed in the upgraded room with a hot tub. People where constantly flicking cigarettes and ashes onto our balcony and hot tub. Birds were constantly pooping into it also as there is no roof or overhang. Def not worth the $200 upgrade. We will never do all inclusive again. No WiFi unless you pay for it or do a massage and meeting at another hotel. Not our idea of all inclusive. I vacation in Mexico yearly and will continue to go to Playa Del Carmen as it’s so much nicer and close to restaurants and activities.

Location: The beach of course! Why else would you go to Cancun?
We had a great time, expecting a basic all-inclusive place and that's what we got. The staff was friendly and although we did not get the room we requested initially, they were willing to work with us. We loved the beach, that's why we came!

Stay away

HOTEL NEEDS TO IMPROVE EVERYTHING . Waste of money. FOOD IS TERRIBLE.

Dear Traveler: The menus are monitored regularly; also we enquire constantly our guest's desires and opinions to succeed a perfect menu in our buffets. In our restaurants every day we offer different themed menus. As well, we also have a snack by the pool and a pizza station. Also, we offer at least 2 dinner choices. Dissapointing Honeymoon

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and had a lot of issues with our stay. Mostly with our room: our mini fridge was never, NEVER restocked during our 10 day stay. I called front desk about it on the 4th night and they said they didn't know, period, no offer to help. Our porch lights never worked and we didn't have hot water - took 4 days to finally get a manager to fix and to help she upgraded us to a louder, less private room with a smaller balcony overlooking the pool. They called this "ocean view". The music was so loud from the pool you could hear it with all the doors closed. Had to fight to get our original room back. I mean 3 different trips to front desk talking to 3 different people. But we got a similar room back at least, so we could read on our lagoon side balcony without listening to boom-da-boom-boom pop music all day. No quiet romantic space anywhere. The food was terrible. Buffet, restaurant, room service- didnt matter. All terrible. Their bagels crumbled like chalk. All of their Mexican food was drowned in nasty sauce. We had lamb in the restaurant that was rock hard and I swear was drowned in ketchup. All of their drinks, unless you were sitting inside, were served in these terrible 8 oz plastic blue cups which warmed immediately. No fruit, umbrellas, nothing. Gets pretty tiresome. The drinks themselves were great, food and beverage staff was amazing. Room was clean. Front desk staff needs tons of work.

I would rate this as a 3 star hotel overall. While most staff members are nice and friendly and the rooms and facilities are satisfactory overall, the food and beverages were simply terrible. We, a family of two adults and two kids stayed here for 4 days. Overall, not a family hotel given the atmosphere and type of guests. My wife and daughter got really bad food poisoning on third day of our stay and that pretty much ruined our vacation. The beverages were also terrible and made with too much artificial sweeteners. They also don’t have free WIFI other than on Wednesdays which is too slow to be useful.

Nice hotel so close to the beach, nice view!

Everything is perfect the view, the food, amenities and drinks, close to the beach and we had an ocean view to our room and it’s perfect! Every sunrise and sunset is literally amazing but one thing is nkt perfect our bathroom shower. They have hot and cold shower but our hot shower is not working. So we need to go the ground floor for taking hot shower everyday. Like for 3 days and it’s very inconvenient for us. At the first day of our stay we already informed them that our hot shower is not working and they said it will be back early Morning but at the second day until third day same problem, it’s not working so what i did is i talked them personally at the front desk at they said they will sent a maintenance to fix it. So when we got back to our room. It’s fixed already. What matter is, why they did not do it at the first day of the problem. Where’s their brains? But totally we had a good at cancun staying in this hotel.
