Fun time!

The overall part of the hotel was awesome. The entertainment staff was amazing! Andrew and Luis were awesome! Don’t forget my guy Hamilton! Felt like part of the crew! Only negative things I would say was the food was nasty and the beds were a little hard. But overall a great time.

Great Hotel, good value, very clean!

Location: Wave runners very near to the right on the beach. Bus stop right out the front door. Helpful Concierge.
HOtel staff very good and friendly. Great food, many choices. Quiet. PERFECT location on the beach!

Average Hotel on a beach not far from the airport

Food and alcoholic beverages were BEYOND HORRIBLE. I was unable to find something to eat for most of my stay and had to eat off the property a couple of times. I dont think this was a real All Inclusive option. Very Disappointing. Old brown towels in the bathroom need to be discarded URGENTLY. Rooms were old fashioned and had a funky smell which was really TERRIBLE. Long wait time before rooms are available when you arrive, epecially if you arrived before 3pm. I had to wait three hours in the lobby while on vacation as there was no early check in option available. Unfriendly front desk staff. Lots of pressure to buy timeshare...this seems to be the general practice in Cancun as a whole.

Food was so so. Sliced my toe open on the first day and got very little attention for it. Evening performances were mediocre imitations.

Beautiful view

Would not recommend the jacuzzi room. They are actually somehow smaller then the regular room. Not worth the extra money. It's a party resort.. between the afternoon hours until 5:30 it's party central down by the pool and if you have an ocean view it gets really noisy when your trying to relax. We were there for a whole week and the room service food was good but very repetitive after a while. The food was delicious however, and the staff was wonderful! The rooms were fairly clean and comfortable. My brother and his girlfriend also had their own room and they were higher then us with a beautiful room as well (bigger). Overall it was an amazing visit!

The food and staff are all excellent. The room is clean and spacious. Water temperature in the room is great. The bar and the staff are excellent. It was my first time and I will come back& bring my family and invite more friends to come.

Very nice hotel a lot entertainment good service

Pros: Clean good service nice people and friendly.
Cons: Need extra Pool table one is not enough. maybe the food should be improved at the buffet restaurant.
Location: Good location at the hotel zone
We stay for eight days and everything was excellent good food at Marco polo restaurant good Service.

Best staff, beautiful beach, love it!

Pros: The staff. It's nice to see familiar faces from year to year. They treat you like family.
Cons: There are not enough electrical outlets in room. We always had to unplug coffee pot to charge phones and music. And wish there was free wifi.
Location: Catch the bus right outside hotel to go shopping or clubs. Parasailing is right on the beach.
We always enjoy our stay at GR Solaris. They have the best staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Glenda was very helpful. Check in and out was fast. We arrived early and upgraded our room. ( a little more than we wanted to pay). The room was clean. The air conditioning was great, mini fridge replaced every day and fresh towels always available. The maids were usually in the hall if you needed anything and very friendly. They were doing maintenance on several rooms on our floor. Repainting and such so they are always trying to keep the rooms looking good. It didn't bother us at all. This is their slow time. We enjoyed room service. All 3 elevators were working and fast. Easy layout to beach and restaurants. The bartenders, cooks, waiters, all are great .Obilia will make any omelet you want for breakfast. Special mention to Jaiir and Honorio who always made me laugh. Do not let Jaiir make your toast, wish I had a picture of that! Thank you to Lalo and Jaky from the entertainment staff. They do offer nightly shows and the Michael Jackson one was really good. For us it was the right time of year to go. We have done the excursions and tours, etc. What I really appreciated was not being pushed to do more. We just wanted to relax and enjoy the waves. Never had a problem finding a beach chair.
