On the beach

Beautiful facility, they do push to sell you there points program which is rather pricey. I didn't particularly like the Las Vegas atmosphere next to hotel. They cater to all your needs.

Loved the place, don’t feel like a 5 star hotel should have people trying to get you to sign up for a vacation club though

Beautiful but needs minor repairs

Pros: Beautiful view, great beach, great staff
Cons: Minor repairs needed
Location: You can walk to everything here! Stores, pharmacy, restaurants, night life.
I have stayed here before and I love this hotel!! What I did notice both times is that the beds are hard. To the point that I wake up in the night with my ribs hurting!! This stay I also noticed a lot of things in the room not working or needing repair, like the Jacuzzi tub didn't work, we had to put something against the wood, slat shades to make them stay closed, and the lock on the bathroom window didn't work. These are all minor but for a 5 star hotel, they need to be addressed.

Cons: TV program selection. Too few English speaking movie channels and too many news channels.
Location: Very conveniently located to the shopping and night entertainment places.

Amazing experience every time can never go wrong with this resort it's been out 4th Trip to this resort. Main reason it's not all inclusive makes it more personal and less crowded which makes it perfect every time we visit.

Best Place 4th time I visit with Family

Couldn't have asked for a better vacation the hotel and staff always go above and beyond and I enjoy it every time. Alberto front desk was amazing and the hotels Taxi driver Alfredo it's been 10-yrs and he gets me and my family around everywhere in cancun safely thanks again to all the hotel staff and the amazing Buffett every morning!

Great hotel - good location

Pros: Although a large hotel, it was very comfortable and friendly. The main amenities were easily accessible.
Cons: The only negative was some pressurised selling of joining the hotel club for a fee towards future holidays within the hotel chain.
Location: Beach with facilities attached to the hotel. The opportunity to book day trips water sports, a ferry to the island, shops and supermarket nearby.
The staff were very caring and welcoming; nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is directly on the beach and excellent location to shops and eating places. Outstanding spa and a large swimming pool. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The hotel added to making an excellent holidays in Mexico.

Best location in Cancun

Really enjoyed this hotel. Had a great feel and atmosphere. Hotel itself is very 90's but functional and homely unlike some of the modern sterile hotels like the Hyatt Ziva next door. Beware of the $1,000 credit offered as they are merely savings on hotel experiences apart from the spa dinner. They overvalue the items offered as credits and make you spend to redeem. Very misleading and a devious sales hook to counter the offers of all inclusive hotels.

Amazing hotel

Everything is 5 star, the room, the restaurants, the food, the drinks, the service. you wont be disappointed. I never booked anything online but i listenened to the reviews and i was so happy, my wife was very impressed and i scored major points.

Good hotel. Good infrastructure but very modern. Staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet is very good. Other food options are ok but not fantastic. Beach is beautiful. Pool also very nice.
