Checking takes forever

The checking process is quite honest frustrating and S L O W, the staff is friendly but bad trained. You will never see the manager at the reception. The music is loud and is only bachata and reggeaton, the food is ok, all the people who works there are friendly. Old furniture and there is dust in the remote control of your room. The restaurantes have specific operation hours. Militar style. I never saw the gym. Great ocean view! I only see one coffee shop but couldn’t get one coffee because the color of my bracelet.

Cancun resorts/hotel, do your homework!

CONS: fridge didn't work, husband asked them to fix and it took him placing it in the hall for them to replace it, damage to room upon arrival, they repaired taking up our time while doing so, lamp didn't work, took 3 request to get it replaced, no hot water one evening, bed hard as a slab of concrete, ration on bottles water (they only allow you to get 3 bottles of water each, per day. I drink easily 6 bottles a day by myself and don't drink sodas or alcohol much). Smell of sewage was apparent. The food was absolutely disgusting, except the Italian restaurants. Public bathrooms were nasty. I am home now, with a terrible stomach virus from my trip. PROS: The beach was clean and beautiful, the restaurant staff was typically friendly, my companions and I had a good time together.

Bad very bad expirience due to stay with Cold water for 10 days.No hot water.

Not good food

Pros: The grounds and the beach are beautiful
Cons: Food, drinks, and privacy locks.
Location: The location is beautiful, but we did not venture out. This is a resort geared more towards the early 20's crowd.
This is a beautiful ,well kept property, but the food and drinks are lacking. All-inclusive liquor and drinks are rot gut. Food is not good and the food court is always running out of food. Had to put a chair in front of our door in the middle of the night, because "room service " would use their key to come in , although we had the deadbolt engaged. This is considered the entertainment resort, but it ends at 10p.m.

I visited the Grand Oasis for a bachelor party. Our room had awesome views, the property was fun for day partying, and beach activities were very convenient. I enjoyed the live performance in the main area, but the food was terrible Casino was tiny, no craps, and have to pay for drinks. I’d stay again, had a great time

Entertaining for sure!!!

First you go here for entertainment not for the food although the food was ok. It's resort food not 5 star food. Drinks are good but if you want great drinks go to their Fountainableu Bar in the pyramid top shelf liquor. The entertainment is TOP notch!! Our room 1105 was great!! No noise and great view plus close to everything. Con sewer system would smell in the hall but how long are you in the halls. It wasn't every day either.
