Nice hotel with great location

Staffs, specifically the butler, are super friendly and helpful. Overall the facilities are great. However, the food and restaurants are quite average. The buffet breakfast is great. The villa room is so nice with beautiful view. The bed is so comfy. Like it.

My stay at the Grand Park Royal Caribe

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. I would definitely come and stay again when it is not under construction. The only complaint I had was I wasn’t told the resort would be under construction because I probably would have chosen to go to stay at another resort. The only reason is I came for some R&R, rest and relaxation, and I did not get that doing the daytime hours. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

Felt like we were constantly being sold something

They tried to sell us their vacation package. Every corner of the hotel had people trying to sell us tours. At the pool we were approached routenly from property sanctioned vendors.

A bit disappointed

Room was very damp and smelled moldy. We booked a single king sized bed end were given a double bed room. No snacks in the room, just beverages. No alarm clock. No hair conditioner. oriental restaurant was closed. No guest robes available. Only mini ironing board available, not full sized.

Hotel close to beach and shopping

Hotel advertised 4 restaurants. However one was closed so Check before your choose this one. Timeshare people all over.

best beach in Cancun

clean, well maitained, not crownded beach. This is our 3rd time on this hotel. Staff is helpful and very friendly. Buffet food could have a better variery and limit the amount of pasta, but other than that everything was great and food was tasteful.

Good all inclusive beach front hotel

Fantastic location if you want to be in Cancun. Close to everything that Cancun has to offer. $1 USD bus ride to the center of Cancun. Very safe property and good amenities. Great front desk staff and butler. Food is good at all their restaurants. The Steakhouse is an extra charge if you fancy a nicer dinner. Overall clean small and cozy property. I was there for 3 days for my Birthday. They surprised me with a wonderful cake and Champagne. Their roof top bar is fantastic with awesome views. They had good beachside and pool side activities. The drinks/cocktails were ok with a limited choice of beer and wine.

You will not regret booking at Grand Park Hotel

Pros: I really loved the food variety nightly.
Cons: Quite honestly, there is absolutely nothing I would change. I would say don't change.
Awesome, great food, amazing staff, very clean. There are three restaurats: seafood, Italian, buffet (food menu change each night), and Oriental. They each had great and very high quality food. Everything was fresh. Saludos para Lorenzo de Bar El Fresco, makes great drinks and is so friendly!

35th wedding anniversary in oct.

Pros: beautiful setting, clean rooms,awesome staff,good drinks,nice beach,nice pools,safe and secure resort .restaurants are good,private villas are great.
Cons: elevators should be ventilated,buffet needs improving,lobby lounge is boring and very uncomfortable.entertainment lame.cobblestone walks too rough.
Location: right on the beach,close to airport,shopping and restaurants
free room upgrade to villa after complaining about hard bed and noise for 6 nights. 11 night stay very relaxing.good weather (not too hot) nice people staying there ,especially everyone's buddy " KFC ''
