Amazing pool, very clean and big. the restaurants were really good and we didn’t need reservations like a lot of all inclusives. We were always able to get a table when we wanted. The employees were so helpful and polite.

Very clean hotel, services were excellent

Pros: Location, proximity to the city. Accessibility to the beach, amenities. Food.
Cons: More choices on beer, extra towels based on number of guests during room cleaning, separate smoking areas even outdoors really bad not kid friendly.
Location: Dolphin adventure, a bit overpriced but good. Mall, beach.
The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rani by the Taco Stand, Victor Lemos at the beach and Juan our tour guide for the Tulum trip were specifically the highlight of the trip.

Fantastic time

Me and my wife had an amazing time. all inclusive really means that. fantastic restaurants with great shops great selections of food. the people couldn’t of been nicer the bartenders were really fun. you can’t go wrong with this hotel. we will definitely be back.

Great Experience!

Cons: Nothing - is all great!
Location: if you want to go downtown its just 2min away!
I have stayed in many hotels/resorts and by far the Hard Rock Cancun has the best customer service and staff. Not only the food was great, the ambiance was phenomenal. The location was great too! You don't have to get out of the hotel for anything...it has everything you need to have the best vacation ever! I will definitely will be coming back soon and I already recommended the hotel to many friends and family. Thank you :)

Horrible experience safes don’t lock

Pros: Sushi was good
Cons: Hire new security that doesn’t steal from guests
You can wiggle the safe door ten times and it pops open and the security is very shady and not trustworthy they avoided any way to make bed accomidations and overcharged our stay this place is horrible and I will never be back or recommend to anyone

Nice hotel service was great.

Staff was very friendly and very aconodating , the food the first couple days was not that great. Breakfast was always cold unless you had them make it in front of you , things disorganized . Butter not near the bread , jelly on the other side of the room things like that . Ketchup in packets not bottles. If your there to drink this is a good place the waiters at the pool and beach are on point. Lunch is average ... dinner at the tepanyaki was good They cook with a lot of oil and butter my friend has stomach issues and he paid for it all night long. Italian dinner was the best the lobster dinner and filet was surprisingly really good .

My son is 4 years old and he is autistic, it was his first trip to the beach. I informed the hotel staff when we checked in, they really acomodated all his needs. Everything was great my son loved the kids area.

I went there with my wife and two kids ( 6 year old girl and 2 year old boy) we had a blast foods great service is also great !!!!!!

All the staff were lovely and nice. As soon asIi got there I was upgraded to VIP. Rooms were always clean, food was amazing, especially the steak house which has the same concept of Texas of Brazil. Drinks were also good especially there signature margaritas.
