Nice and close to the beach, staff was friendly.

Pros: Close to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff.
Cons: Pool was cold, need to do something about bird control.
Location: Close to shops and restaurants.
The staff was great and very warm - they tried to work with me as I don't understand Spanish very well.

Not exactly satisfied.

They didn't have shuttle service from the airport. Which I didn't like. But the service was good. I like their swimming pools, and The place it's beautiful, but the ocean water is greenish yellow, which I didn't like.

WiFi is Terrible

Almost impossible to get WiFi in your room. Had to go down to the lobby and even there it was choppy & extremely slow. Hotel staff said there was nothing they could do about it and that I should go to Walmart and buy a data card for my laptop. They claim to give you free WiFi but they might as well not have it at all. If you will need a reliable internet connection during your trip don't stay at this hotel.
