Pros: Every thing
Cons: Dress code needs to held to. Restaurant with reservations people there in shorts tee shirts not just men even women very short shorts and tee shirt.
Location: Close to every thing, bus stop end of driveway
Best vacation, excellent food,lots of lounges with shade whatever time you want one, lots of things to do and see at the hotel. Very good entertainment. We were there a year ago, it was 10 times better, all the staff very helpful and it seemed every one enjoyed there job.

Former Hilton - now Iberostar

Pros: The personnel were amazing and so attentive. The Spa was amazing. The pool area had plenty of seating in the sun and shade!
Cons: There is only ONE restroom in the pool area and it isn't conveniently located. There was only one in the lobby area near the bar/buffet.
Location: The hotel is only 15-20 minutes from the airport. We have been to Cancun many times and didn't leave resort!
We chose the Iberostar Cancun because we had such a great experience in Iberostar Punta Cana. The lobby was magnificent, it always smelled so fresh and wonderful! The concierge helped us with dinner reservations and familiarization with the hotel. We arrived early so we went to the restaurant to wait for our room to be ready and they had it ready early so we didn't have to wait hours. They have Japanese, French and Steak restaurants. All were excellent. The Japanese was amazing and the French was even better!!! The wait staff in all areas of the hotel were top notch, professional and so friendly! One of our servers even had someone help her write us a thank you note in English!! The pool activity staff were energetic and very engaging. It was a fun vacation!

Amazing maiden trip to Mexico

Pros: The location and the amazing hotel staff.
Cons: There is limited nightlife, especially if you are a younger person or couple.
Location: Right on the beach, Caribbean side. Tours to Mayan ruins. Shopping near by.
First time to Cancun. Actually, first time to Mexico. Great pick both location and hotel. Great weather, great food and drinks and absolutely amazing hotel staff. Always great to meet so many new people from around the world.

Beautiful Hotel

Pros: what I liked was that the beach was so beautiful and they also had activities on the beach
Cons: They could improve on the elevators being constantly breaking down, only 2 of the 3 elevators was working

Cons: Rooms need a little remodeling. It looks old.
Location: Pools and beach are great.

Excellent services: front desk, guess services, restaurant staffs, good entertainment performanced. Needs some improve pools activity. This I was our 11 times in Cancun. We stayed at Grand Malia, GR Solaris, Dream Cancun, Paradissuss, Crown Paradise,. First time stayed at Iberostar and we love it very much. Iberostar was the best restaurants and foods, and services. Love the Jaspanese Hibachi, French and steakhouse restaurants.

Nice resort has everything you need

Pros: Is clean every where you go around the hotel. The staff and service is amazing.
Cons: Bathroom in the room was outdated with a bathtub and shower in one. Was very difficult to go in and out of the bathtub is to high to climb on and off
Location: The location is perfect near by entertainment and shopping stores.
Love the resort the food was really fresh and everything is super clean. Will definite go back!
