Beautiful Resort

I was very pleased that I chose this resort. From the grand entrance of the lobby, cleanliness of the resort, wonderful service and beautiful smiles coming from staff who truly made my stay unforgettable from the beginning. Upon arrival during check in Iberostar informed me that they had upgraded my villa. Originally I just reserved the ocean front villa to celebrate my birthday but they informed me that I was upgraded to a spectacular villa with my very own swim out pool. Wow is all I can say it was amazing and really the views took my breath away. Points for them from the start!!! During my stay I never saw 1 piece of trash anywhere on resort grounds and the landscaping is absolutely impecable and beautiful. They really do an awesome job maintaining the property. Everyone is so very very hard working. The food was delicious in the restaurant on the beach for lunch. Just know they are only open from 12-4:30 and you must wear shoes and be covered up if in swimwear and tops for men is a must. The el pastor tacos were my favorite yummmmy. My second favorite was the Japanese restaurant for dinner. Make reservations for the speciality restaurants before you arrive as once they are at capacity you cannot reserve. Or at the least 24 hours notice. The steakhouse was great as well with very nice cuts of meat all cooked to perfection. I wasn't that impressed with breakfast buffet for some reason. Please tip your bar staff and wait staff they really work very hard at making your stay.

Hotel was beautiful, the staff is sooo friendly & the view of the beach, ocean & grounds is breathtaking. The night (& day) entertainment will keep you laughing for days! Food is fantastic & the drinks are top shelf (huge plus that it’s so close to the airport). We’ve been to multiple hotels in Mexico & this is-hands down-the BEST trip we’ve ever had!!!!

Great Resort!

This place was fantastic! Staff, food, amenities, all great! Nothing was too far away, there was plenty of entertainment, and the grounds were beautiful. We were a group of 14 people, everyone was very happy with the resort and some are already planning a trip back!

Definitely a repeat resort!

Pros: Everything
Cons: The plumbing, we had a slight issue in our bathroom.
This was an excellent stay, the week went by way too fast. We will definitely book again. The staff was very customer service oriented, the food was good and great variety, the rooms were comfortable, and we loved the pools.

The hotel was a great retreat home away from home with fabulous staff and great hotel amenities. Entertaining shows. My 8 year old daughter enjoyed the water slides, kids club and also engaged them in lots of evening/afternoon activities. I would love to visit then back and hope they keep up the trend. All inclusive package is great!

Pros: Nice lobby and villas. Close to beach Loved the 24 hour coffee shop.
Cons: Customer service training needed for staff and management, food, drinks. Elevator speed!
Some staff was rude mostly at guest services or concierge - at some point one of my friends was told to shut the F up and we were shocked since usually staff in Mexico is so nice! You could tell customer service is not a priority there. When this was addressed with management the one who said it denied it and although she never said it again, did not adjust her behavior and continued to be rude. Food got old quick, was throwing up by the end of my stay and for 2 days after getting home. Never had that before! Did not drink because the one day that I did, I felt horrible after so I think that the alcohol is no good there so stay away from it and if you came to get quality drinks, not the place. Also, they try to charge you for anything that they can find- such as towels for being too dirty ??? So ridiculous! I know I am never coming back here, horrible experience.
