Room condition and check-in

Key cards did not work ( took 2 hours and many tries to get this problem resolved and this was before earthquake in Mexico), floor wet and slippery, room cleanliness, elevator issues, A/C too loud. Hotel is run down but it has a great location and rates are reasonable so I will stay again.

Hotel is in perfect location bars and food

Hotel little older needs updated, food is ok overall, great location close to coco bongo and other bars plus restaurants in walking distance. Beds are ok and room was fair. Could use and update on this hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. About 30min from airport. Beach is nice. Not good if you plan to go to Tolum or ex caret it's like and one and half to two hours. It's best to get hotel in Playa Del Carmen.

POOR experience. Would NOT come back.

Pros: Nice pool and beach area.
Cons: Understanding staff. Cleaner rooms.
Location: Close to the Cancun Hotel Zone--lots to do and places to eat!
We booked this resort as a one-day layover before flying out of Cancun International Airport. In our reservation, the breakfast buffet was included. However, the next day the hotel staff would not honour our buffet breakfast. It took us over one hour to explain the reservation through Expedia with hotel staff, despite the check-in staff confirming this feature was included. We had to speak to the hotel manager and several staff in order to get this resolved. To make matters worse, we found a live cockroach in our bathroom on our towel (see pics). We left this resort on poor terms and will NOT be back.

Stunning beach!

Pros: Everything!!!
Cons: Earlier check in would have helped us greatly. Or a quiet lounge while you wait.
Location: In the party zone but far enough to avoid the madness. Close enough to walk to some great restaurants and action. Even the local giant grocery store
This was our second year here and we loved it again. Stunning beach, great pool and bar, lovely spa, great food and outstanding staff. We will be back again!

Terrible room quality and cleanliness

Terrible odor and room cleanliness. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. First day we had no towels and had to call three times to have some sent but they were never delivered.

worst hotel you can stay

Pros: nothing
Cons: air condition, a way to controlled, repair most water valves , they all leak
Location: not much to do unles you are a night person
you cant not have a good night rest on this hotel. music noise from close by (bars) .is terrible

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

only positive is that its within walking distance to all the clubs but everything else is horrible... from the customer service to the staff in general. One of the lifeguards tried to fight us and kick us out of the pool for having a 5 year old in the deep and the ac in our room didn't work properly and we were not refunded for any inconveniences.

Beautiful ocean front view.

Besides the beautiful ocean front view, the staffing services is ok. Room condition was aweful, toilet won't flush. Keeps calling maintenance several times. Elevator door won't close until several times. No coffee shop for AM. Food was ok. Cabana beds were ok. Although, they're not private property. Outsiders solicited around beach area. No security.
