Overall well worth it

Overall this was a great place to stay. The restaurants in the evening were ok, but required a special palate. The staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied with your stay. We will definitely return.

Incredible place... the service was amazing.. very relaxing I loved that it wasn't a party seen.. it's great for adults that need to disconnect

Beautiful Resort

My family and I stayed at Le Blanc from Aug 2-8 2017. The resort was amazing and we were beyond pleased with the grounds, food, staff, and more! If I could give Le Blanc 10 stars I would....we look forward to returning next year! On a side note, if you looking for a party scene this is not the hotel for you! This resort is very low key and very quiet by 10 pm....there is a bar with a dj upstairs that our kids hung out at but it was pretty dead up there too except for us. So if you looking for a beautiful resort with a beautiful beach (seaweed free) to get away from your busy life and just relax than Le Blanc is the place for you!!!

Best Hotel with a Great Staff

Location: Nice Location with many attractions close by
This is our third time visiting this fine establishment and I must say this place is still our favorite. My wife and I upgrade from the Governor's Suite to the Presidential Suite with the help of Ms.Pamela in Public Relations.Wow the rooms and view are stunning in every way imaginable. The food selections were pretty decent we also tried the French Restaurant which is a beautiful little room off to the side,I really didn't like the food selections but the staff was great as always. It rain most of the time that we were there and thus the reason I feel that The Leblanc should have more inside entertainment giving the guests something to do when theirs bad weather. Overall,this is still our favorite place by far - Keep up the good work!

Great service quiet relaxing . We stayed in room406 beach view was amzing Oscar the bartender was amazing with drinks.Had a great staff was amazing butler service was amazing.

Very nice, clean and high end hotel

Pros: Everything is good in this hotel. You get what you pay for.
Cons: The Spa services are very expensive specially when there is a limit on the resort credit.
Location: The location is good and close to the main district of the nightlife.
Staff is great and amazing. Everyone is there to help and will jump at any opportunity to answer questions. The rooms, the beach, the pool and all the amenities are great!

This is an amazing resort in Cancun.

This is a great resort in Cancun. Its older and in need of some repairs but it is without a doubt one of my favorite vacations. The service is amazing! The location is great. The staff goes above and beyond to make any request or need you may have happen. The restaurants are unbelievable. Ivan was a wonderful sommelier. We enjoyed every dining experience. We have gone 3 years in a row and can't wait until its renovated next summer. We will definitely be back.

Best vacation and anniversary location yet Greeting into the hotel was the best. Butlers were very helpful. Staff was amazing and kind. Excellent gym facility with free weights up to 80 lbs, smith machine and lots of leg machines! Free classes. Spa experience was also very good. Restaurants were amazing and even the Buffett majority of the time was unbelievable. A few things that could improve would be more staff came around to get orders by the pool. Wish rooms were sound proof and light didn't shine in from door. Otherwise amazing trip and truly the staff made the hotel an unforgettable adventure
