Fantastic Resort

Pros: Only everything. Having stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, this one exceeded our expectations. We will be back for sure.
Cons: I can't think of anything.
Location: To be honest, we did not leave the resort, but I think Leblanc is very close to near by shopping and a pretty nice night life.
We have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts and this is probably one of the nicest, if not the nicest resorts we have ever stayed at. The entire staff was incredible, the food was great, the rooms were nice and clean and everyone made sure we had everything we could ever want. This was not a party resort with lots of loud music. It was a very romantic resort perfect for a nice couples get a way. In fact, almost everyone we talked to was on their honeymoon. You will not find a resort with better service than Leblanc.

Amazing Service

Pros: The service at the hotel was amazing!
Cons: Not much more room for improvement besides a little face lift but this is already in the works to close for 4 months for renovation.
From the moment we arrived the service was outstanding! All the staff attending to all our needs. The quality of the food and the selections of beverages was better than I expected! Already planning on returning sooner than later!

The All-Inclusive to Top All Other All-Inclusives!

Pros: Ultimate cleanliness, attentive and friendly staff, and beautiful private beach.
Cons: This is a nit-pick because everything else was so amazing, but the quality of food at the main restuarants
Location: To be honest, you're at an all-inclusive - you don't need to leave the resort ;) (we did do an adventura maya snorkeling tour - amazing)
Le Blanc was the ultimate getaway for my girlfriend and I. We had just finished a trek around Cuba and were ready for relaxation. The folks at Le Blanc are so friendly and hospitable. Before even getting out of the taxi the bellman has your bags on a cart and they'll be taken to your room when it's ready. You're walked in and they give you a coconut cream drink to wait as they check you in. Then your butler personally greets you and escorts you to your room. They've thought of every detail. Overall, we loved our stay. We originally picked this place because we wanted one with the best all-inclusive food (we've heard some nightmare stories). And while most of it wasn't the best we've ever had, it was good. The French restaurant however, was one of the best meals I've had in quite a while. I wished we wouldn't have left it to the last day to eat there otherwise we would've gone every night. The personal butler on the floor was amazing. We had Israel on the 7th floor and he was so friendly and helpful. You could request in-room aromatherapy via the app, prep for the jacuzzi to be ready when you get to the room, among a bevy of other options. If you're looking for a relaxing, completely pampered experience for an all-inclusive, Le Blanc is by far the best option. Highly recommend!

In term of room service, Le blanc is on top. 5 stars service and staffs are really nice and professional. They accepted all requested for foods.

excelent chioice

Pros: 25 five minutes froim cancun airport, excelent beach.
Cons: matress at Room , need to be replaced, it was extrange for us because, evry detail its perfect. except for that.
Location: Hotel its very well located lot of services near but you dont need or wanta to get out, evry thing it´s excelent.
More than expected, excellent, food, excelente service.Mattress a little old. Special congrats to Daniel Cruz, serving at the baech and Manuel at Lumiere Restaurant We will go back asap.

Irma vacation

I went there with my friends after the storm Irma for 3 nights. The hotel is well kept. The beachfront is wonderful with beautiful white sand. The staff is excellent. The only thing I did not like were the restaurant. You have to pay very expensive for the lobster and filet minion. It is not worthies compared with others hotels in Cancún.

Last week of summer at LeBlanc in Cancun

The LeBlanc resort and spa has one of the best food offering/quality we've seen over the years along with an excellent service. Their staff is dedicated to make your experience unique and the location is great with an very nice beach. The spa facility is also very well designed and the therapist I've been well trained.

Cons: Spa/tours staff
We really enjoyed out time, it was a pleasant luxurious stay. Having a special room butler is great! The facilities are very relaxing and enjoyable, food are great. The butlers staff are the best. But, the spa/tours staff need to be more straight forward, flexible, and pro customer/client, need to be clear about tours and what to expect, more precise about time frame.
