Excellent all-inclusive on the beach

Pros: Everything.
Cons: The bathroom could have been a little bigger, as we had 3 people.
Location: Location was nice, with no close hotels right next to each other. Pirate dinner cruises were launched right next door. Shopping and touring close.
This hotel was an excellent deal with all food and drinks included. I have never gone to one of these, but will again. We didn't have to go out and look for a place to eat every meal, which wastes time, and the food was great there. There were 3 main restaurants, a buffet and a snack bar, so you could eat 24 hours a day. It's right on the beach and has a very big and clean pool. Lots of activities are going on all day and night, and the shows were fabulous. The service was great everywhere, and we got drinks any time and anywhere. Very tasty and new to us. It's not right in the middle of the hotel zone, so that was nice. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, and would go back.

Fantastic Entertainment

The evening shows were well worth watching with fabulous entertainment and really excellent staff on all levels

One of the best all inclusive buffets I've eaten! Usually it's hit or miss and this was so good! I only wish they had their soft serve ice cream machine in the 24 hour snack bar! Midnight ice cream when it's still warm while sitting on the beach... would be perfect.

nice hotel.

Pros: nice hotel and nice shows at night
Cons: better buffet food
Location: you need to take a bus or a taxi to go shopping
doesn't communicate to the rest of the beach, you need to go outside to get to the next hotel. far from shopping area. nice hotel, but all inclusive food buffet not good and cheap food. the rest of the restaurant available, need to be booked early for reservations, to get go to these. if you are in a tour you can't book that because you need to book on a daily basis.

just okay

Pros: snack bar
Cons: dress codes
Location: island hopping and jolly rogers boats
the beach water wasn't pretty, only one pool and the water was to cold to swim with no swim up, restaurants 3 along with the buffet. you needed to be up early to book reservations for a reasonable time to eat. Buffet had a dress code what is the difference between woman with tank tops & sandals and men with tank tops and sandals. You need more reservations to be so picky.

Everything was fine except dinner Mex Restaurant.

Pros: Buffet experience, Nice people,Spa was great.
Cons: Restaurant service.
Location: Everything was good.
I'm staying second time at this hotel, I like in general. Only at this time,we had bad experience at the Mexican Restaurant. Wasn't pleasant.

I will never stay at this hotel again!!!

You’ll ruin your vacation if you stay at this hotel! They’ll promise $500 credit to spend at the hotel, but that’s a lie! It’s a coupon discount, for example you use their spar for a massage, you’ll get 10%. Or if you want WiFi you’d get also 10% discount. It’s not that you have an actual $500 credit to used. Another disappointing fact is the staff: super rude! They’ll treat you as if they were the boss and you the subordinated. As if they were doing you a favor for you staying there! Horrible, horrible! Do not make the same mistake i made by picking this hotel!

This was a gift for my mother and she had to left the first night to another hotel. The rooms were dirty and with humidity that even mold had. Then when it is claimed through Expedia they say that she was hosted every night. Very bad product.

Disappointing

Was your typical “loud spring break” type of resort. I think the screaming, loud amp speakers and partying stopped around 2:30 am. If your a partier then this was ok... for someone looking to fulfill their Mexico vacation it was not. Beach was 100% not at all what was photo editing to appear online. It was dirty and as unwelcoming as the bar tenders at each bar.
