Disappointed

Buffet was only place they let you eat. Other restaurant's were reserved for there Purple club members. They were supposedly always booked full even though we saw them half empty every night.Finally after complaining to management got a reservation.one night out of five. Hotel maintenence not kept up. Fridge was warm. Outlets did not work. Stayed here 6 years ago under a different owner and was great but has gone done hill. They only want you to buy into there club.

Great for couples or families

We arrived early to the hotel and they were very accommodating...getting us in the breakfast buffet while they expedited a clean room. The staff was all very helpful and welcoming the entire trip. We went without our kids this time to relax but wouldn’t hesitate to take them back with us. It’s a very safe and clean environment with the AI option that was worth the extra cost.

Stinky rooms.

Good beach, nice pool areas, excellent staff , below average food quality , stinky rooms due to mold, not much to do in the evening.

Nice hotel

Cons: Nothing
Beautiful hotel sits on Beautiful beach. The food are great, not just a regular buffet. The room are big. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. Our whole family enjoy the vacation

What an amazing place! Will definitely going back soon. Great hotel, very helpful and friendly staff at all times, delicious food, awesome shows (at the hotel) beautiful beach right in front of the hotel just a few steps from the pool... very clean rooms and nice views! overall an amzing stay.

Excellent Hotel, Great View and Terrific Service

Pros: Clean and refreshing and everyone serves with a smile all the time. Great pools and beach and lots of activities to keep all busy including kids
Cons: Restaurants fill up quickly so either make them accommodate more people so provide alternative options
Location: We did the Dolphin Experience at the Dolphinaries and it was nice and not as expensive at some other locations and Para Sailing
We stayed in the Lagoon Suite and view was good bur Ocean view would be better if willing to pay extra for it. We were happy as generally one spends little time in the room itself. We were in Pyramid 3 which is the main one for most activities and restaurants so perfect if you get a room there. Everyone serves with a smile all the time. Most restaurants customized food for us as there are very limited Veggie options on the menu which was good. We had a terrible experience in the MOLE restaurant as Water was dripping into our food from vent else all other restaurants we had a good time Making reservations with Expedia folks on site was easy and sometimes worked cheaper Room service most times takes 30 Mins so plan accordingly and most restaurant reservations are best to do early in the morning as they fill up quickly
