Nice pool set up and cabanas by the beach.

Food was not that great, i expected more from a 4-4.5 star hotel. Activities coordinators by the pool were very entertaining and kind. Pool entertainment and dj were great

Sandos Cancun Lifestyle Resort All-inclusive

Pros: Plenty of tasty food. Alcohol was in abundance. Staff was very nice. Room was spacious. Mini bar in the room was restocked daily.
Cons: More thorough cleaning of the room and replenishing of cream and sugar for in room coffee.
Location: There were malls within a 10 to 20 min walking distance, or they could be reached by taking a bus for less that 1usd. There are also tours a gym & spa
My wife and I booked a 6 night 7 day stay at this hotel and we were very pleased with our stay. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with champagne and towels to freshen up while checking it. The staff were very pleasant, attentive to your personal needs, and friendly from the time we arrived to the moment we checked out. The food was very tasty and plentiful. Lots of variety featuring different themes everyday. Responses to any issues in the room was attended to within 5 mins. We will definitely return to Sandos for another vacation with other members of our family. It was the best vacation we had.

awesome beach location

Booked a larger room that was supposed to be a king size bed but they stuck me in a room with two doubles :( Couldn't accommodate me with the room I booked . Shower never got hotter than luke warm . When the bar ran out of any particular bottle (Jack Daniels ) no replacement bottle . Food was excellent ! Beach and pools excellent and staff friendly :) Over all great stay just a little put off with the bait and switch king bed for 2 doubles .

Loved the mint, eucalyptus smell in the room and some areas of the hotel, food and service is really good, better than expected

Nice hotel, good location.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We didn't have a king sized bed that was on our booking itinerary, but they were able to move us to a different room that had one, but it took a few days, so we slept three nights in our first room with the two double beds. Not a big deal, both rooms were very nice. WiFi in the beach and pool area didn't work for me, but was fine in the room. Overall, food was good, a mix of average to very tasty. Breakfast buffet was consistently good with a good variety, didn't have bacon or sausage, although you can get omelettes made to order with good ingredient options. Spa was very nice and so was the massage.

We had fantastic times at Sandos. I highly recommended to anyone who wants to enjoy time in Cancun at a beautiful hotel with great food, drinks and very kind and attentive staff members.

The food was just ok. The breakfast buffet was great the first couple of days, but got old fast due to nothing changing day to day. The food at Seasons and the buffet were never good unless u order something fresh to order like an omelet. The staff was great. The drinks hardly had alcohol in them and the pool was always cold due to the larger hotel next to Sandos blocking the sun around 3 pm daily. We were never hounded regarding a timeshare which was great. I would not return to this resort.
