It's my first time to cancun.The staff in the hotel is really nice and friendly. The restaurant in here is really dilicious and price is good. It's very good for family to stay here.

The staff at this resort made it very clear to my family that we are not allowed to visit other resorts. I feel this was unprofessional & distasteful.

Great hotel in good location!!

The resort is beautiful. Staffs are friendly and care a lot about guests. They offer assistance for everything. Very close to a church, only 1 bus stop apart. It was next to a park where you can take pictures with the Cancun sign without getting in a long line under the heat.

This is hotel was very nice. The staff was absolutely AMAZING they were definitely catering to your needs. The only things I'd complain about was the beach and the alcohol choices. Okay the beach wasn't as nice as the pictures make it seem. There was a lot of seaweed everywhere making it seem like it was dirty. We met alot of people while we were there and their view of the beach was about 20x better. We got the all inclusive package but it was limited when I came to the alcohol. They would only give you a certain kind. If you wanted special kind (for example Malibu Rum) you had to pay for it. Which defeats the purpose of ALL INCLUSIVE. Also they stop ALL alcohol after 10pm, which is dumb. Some people llike me and my sister's didnt feel like going the "bar scene" one of the night because its so expensive so we decided to say in and just drink at the pool and they cut you off. So I didn't like that.

Love villa style

From airport pickup to check out, everything went smoothly. Staff very courteous friendly and helpful. Love the villa style with kitchen because we didn't have to eat out every meal time considering we didn't sign up for all inclusive.

Wonderfully relaxing vacation

We loved the laid back feel of the Cancun All Suites. We took our two girls, 12 and 8. They loved it. The staff is all so nice, food was good. We never went to the sister hotels, but will next time. Our room was beachfront, spacious and clean. Beach was calm and wonderful. This is a place to choose if you want to relax, and we did. The paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkels and even sailboats, all included, right in front of hotel. We had more rain than normal because of hurricane Harvey, but we literally just danced in it. We will return with many family and friends next year!

Upon leaving the resort, we were told to "go back to America" by one of the bell boys.
