Very pleasant stay ! The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The modern styling of the lobby and room was great. Definitely recommend this hotel !

We e stayed here a few times. It’s always clean, comfortable and affordable. This time our room faced the street making it a little noisy. But overtures still a good stay.

I have stayed at this hotel over a dozen times in the past 8 years. They remodeled some, but rooms, hallways, etc are beginning to look ragged. Wallpaper on room was coming loose at seems, lots of damage on doors, corners, etc. Still an excellent hotel.

Good location, however if they can't maintain the propery what is the point. The lobby was hot. The concierge was unenthusiastic when we arrived but I would be too if I had to work in that lobby all day. When we got in the elevator, the button to the 4th floor was missing. When we got to our room, it was also hot and the thermostat read "ERR". The front desk told us maintenance couldn't fix until the next day (after we would have been checked out) so we cancelled our reservation and went elsewhere.

Worst Aloft I’ve Stayed in
I really like Aloft Hotels. I try to stay at them whenever I stay somewhere and have stayed in dozens around the nation. This one was the worst in terms of function, cleanliness, and food availability. Skip this one. Shower door also broken, flooded bathroom floor.

When Night came people were out by the pool with their music on loud. I called the front and nobody answered. What sucked about the room and hotel is that they don’t have a microwave or ice machine. I went down to the front desk and asked if they had a ice machine they said no and they gave me a bag of ice lol. Like really??? Parking was a mess and I drive a work truck Ford F250 and needed to make sure it was not far from the hotel were I can’t see it. I probably won’t stay here again.

I was looking for a hotel room that broke out of the same old mold and Aloft was darling!! All of the staff were great with the exception of the Sunday morning receptionist who either needed some sleep or needs a lesson in working with people. Other than her, the stay was wonderful! Will recommend! and will return - Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay. My sister in law lives across the street so it was super convenient. All the staff was super friendly. Also it’s is conveniently located close to so many stores and close to freeway. Also the most important thing is they are pet friendly. We travel with our service dog and we appreciated how accommodating they were

This was my second time staying at Aloft. Excellent customer service. Very friendly and accommodating. Love the vibe of the hotel, the modern decor, fun touches w the games etc, and nice rooms. Would definitely recommend.
