Rooms need upgrading

Pros: Good location, lovely outdoor sitting area
Cons: Rooms need to be refurbished or better maintained
Location: Near Ontario Airport and Ontario Mills Mall
Hote has nice locations and nice lobby, but rooms seems to be neglected somewhat. Damp smelling, stains on carpet, and even a room where the furniture had been removed!

Pros: The bed was okay.
Cons: Alot of things, mainly some interest in customer service.
Location: Shopping and more shopping but avoid this place like the plague on Black Friday. Dont know if the Christmas Holiday would be a repeat exp.
Arrived at the hotel on Black Friday not a good thing with the location across from a Mall. It took nearly an hour to get into the parking lot. Check in with relatively easy and I was advised that the room key placed in the slot in the room would allow the electric on in the room. Apparantly housekeeping did not remove the previous occupants key and the air condition was going full blast and it felt like you were walking into a meat locker. Arriving at late evening to a freezing room was an awful experience. However I did spot a coffee machine only to discover that maid service left only 1 cup and since there were 2 of us that was not enjoyable either. We got up early to enjoy the cooked breakfast...now we were not strangers to Ayres as we had stayed at one in another location that being Diamond Bar. We were expecting a chef making omeletes as that is what the other location offerred along with fresh baked cookies and a VIP bag of gourmet popcorn on arrival. This did not happen at this location. Instead, we found two men making a buffet style menu of scrambled eggs and potatoes. Cold of course and they were not on top of the coffee maker either....no coffee had to wait 7 minutes for them to brew after selecting my breakfast items. Tables were not clean and noone seemed to be cleaning them off. In fact a stranger who was with a boy scout troop was walking around handing everyone a napkin. This hotel did not impress me.

Wifi internet is super super slow!!!! No spare tooth brush for customer, no towers in the gym room.

Okay stay for the price

Disappointed. The room we had was noisy and we didn't get much sleep. The breakfast was not very good as they ran out of several items, trash cans were over flowing, and we had to clean our table just to have some where to sit and eat. The staff were not very friendly but we managed okay. The hotel needs some updating and deep cleaning.

Close to eating places

Pros: Clean, quiet, and close to the Mall.
Cons: Replace worn out mattresses
Location: Many eating places within walking distance. The Mall within walking distance.
The mattress was not as comfortable. The locking mechanism to my room had difficult reading the access card.

Walked in right away was asked if we needed any help or if hadn't checked in they could help us check in. Everyone was very helpful in showing us how to get to our room and where everything was located in and out of the hotel. Checking out was also very easy no long lines went down stairs right away was asked if I was checking out and that they would be happy to help me.

The room was very big we got the king studio room the bed was comfortable and there was enough space for me and my two sisters and just the card when we got there we went to our room to open it but it wouldn't open and we went to the front and the lady had said she forgot to activated we had to go so many times to the front because the card wouldn't open the door for our room but overall I was satisfied about the room
