Rivals the Double Tree and other hotels

When you first walk in, I thought, wow, what a nice hotel. A great bar area, a coffee shop, and a restaurant. The hotel staff was polite and dressed in suits and seemed to take their job very seriously. The rooms they gave us were on the top floor. The floors and elevators we're clean. The room was really nice. Large King bed, bathroom was clean, and big. There was a fridge that was in the room, but it was a bit beat up and off balance due to missing legs. The room smelled great, the view was awesome looking over the valley. The bed was very comfortable. My only regret was I didn't grab the special at $99 a night and got the $125 a night. But it was still a great deal. The only thing I was disappointed in was there was no wifi. I had to go down to the lobby to get a strong enough signal as there was not wif enough strength to reach the 10th floor. Still, I would stay here again, no questions.

VERY NICE HOTEL

Pros: Choices in the restaurant were good. Great Chinese cuisine.
Cons: Not sure what can be improved, although always room for improvement.
Location: Very close to the airport, but we didn't do any tourist things from there, although a number of attractions within a reasonable driving distance.
The staff was great. Shuttle service provided from the rental car lot which allowed us to return the rental car early, then took us to the airport the next morning. Very nice people working there.

Great location and staff.

Pros: Service and staff.
Cons: physical structure.
Location: N/A.
When to the American Judo & Jujitsu convention in Ontario and stayed in this hotel. The staff and restaurant was excellent. The structure is older and somewhat dated but, the service makes this a must for travelers.

Nice hotel , average room

The room itself is large , bed is comfortable but the bathroom was tiny. Our bathtub was not exactly clean & when I reached for a towel I was shocked to see strands of hair. I requested new towels that day & had to follow up the next day as they were never delivered. Hotel lobby is great , buffet breakfast is great for $12. Just staff were not helpful in Making my stay.

Nice hotel

Location: the Ontario mills mall is near by for shopping, there are also 2 theaters nearby. There are also a multiple restaurants in the area.
The hotel was very nice and clean, staff was courteous. The room was nice, clean, quiet , bed was very comfortable. Its near a lot of restaurants.
