This hotel was perfect for our stay in Rome. Walkable to the train station, the monuments, a million restaurants, and a park for the kiddos across the street. The staff was attentive, helpful, and kind- I have zero complaints. I'd happily stay there again.

Good morning Krishnaiah and thanks for your email. You complain about the lack of parking....but have you read somewhere that we guarantee parking??? Here we are in Rome, a city that is thousands of years old and we have buildings from the 17th century, and in those days, they didn't build buildings with garages!! If you had asked us, we would have indicated garages in the immediate vicinity. You say the room is small... but it's about 20 square meters, in full compliance with our laws. Then you write that the bathroom smelled.....but in your opinion, if instead of writing me things AFTER you left, you had told me when you were here...it wouldn't have been easier to solve the problem...if really did it exist??? It's difficult to solve problems for keyboard lions like you!!!

Lovely, older hotel in a nice neighborhood that doesn't feel like tourist central, across from a gorgeous park, staff were kind and helpful, rooms are a bit older and breakfast was ok

Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast and coffee. We had a room for 3, decent size, large bathroom, balcony over courtyard. Metro stop is right in front, park across the street, and walkable to the colosseum area. Close to Roma Termini, walkable or one stop on the metro. Vatican City is 8 stops on the metro.

Convenient for the station and the Colosseum, property is sparsely decorated, in need of a refurbishment and a deep clean. On the plus side breakfast was good The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms was extremely annoying.

We reassure you by informing you that the renovation is already scheduled, but we want to point out that if you are right about this, we do not however recognize the lack of cleaning, because we have very high marks on this. We would also like to inform you that kettles are in all superior rooms and not standard, but all you had to do was ask before checking out and you would have had it, instead of telling them after you left.

Good value for your $
The check in was rapid ! The room was spacious and we appreciated the remodeled bathrooms. We like this hotel as the rooms are quiet. You do not have a view from your hotel window, however it is quiet (and that is what we want). The buffet breakfast is really good. The staff is friendly and we appreciated that!

The staff were nice and friendly and you can tell they clean the place. However, the property is old. Best to describe it would staying in a Motel 6 in California. Additionally, I looked for hotels with parking and this hotel came up but it had no parking except for street parking.

The location was good. I walked all over Rome and back, but the metro stops right in front of the hotel. The staff set me up with hop on/off bus tickets. Pretty much a waste. Staff set me up with Vatican tickets. That was good. The AC was loud but everything else was perfect. Have to be able to carry your bags up a few steps, but after that there are elevators. Also, the staff held my bags when I arrived early so I could site see.

This hotel is in the best location..metro just steps away from the hotel basically right in front of the hotel. There are restaurants by the hotels..the coliseum is just 20 mins walk. The most important that we’re really like about this hotel is that room is very clean and all of staffs are very nice. We’re definitely going to come back and stay there again in nearly future. Not to mention the buffet breakfast is only 12 euros person..

Property arranged an airport pick up and confirmed the pick up by email. There was no pickup and they did not seem to care. Luggage holding area is the front lobby and not secured. Elevators closed quickly on me twice striking me.

I am investigating the airport pick up, but I ask you to confirm that you booked it through the hotel or through an agency, Regarding luggage, they are not locked but the staff monitors it 24 hours a day. I'm sorry about the elevator, but the closing times are standard....you don't have to stop in front of the doors.

Overall the hotel was very good. We had a triple room and this allowed us more space than other triple rooms in our travels. The hotel is older and it shows, but everything was very clean. The hotel staff helped us out with a hop on/off bus tour and scheduled our taxi to the airport when we left. Don't worry about the reviews regarding the homeless and park. The park is just fine. The wine bar and cafes next door are convenient and you can sit outside for a drink or snack without issue. Yes, there are a few homeless, there, but where do you not see homeless people? We were not approached, etc. The elevator situation is a little tricky and you do need to bring your luggage up a few stairs to get to the elevators, so keep this in mind if this is a concern. We were able to manage just fine.

We know about the problems of the hotel, which is planning a total renovation in 2025 and we will try to eliminate the problem of the double lift, but this is an old madness and we can't afford certain works.
