Red Rock is a beautiful hotel and casino, we wanted a fairly kid friendly place in LV and this one has an arcade, bowling alley and decent food court, the kids loved the pool and arcade. The only problem we had was the water in our room because the shower would only go super hot or cold, they changed our room and the new one worked great. I would have liked to have had more shopping in the hotel and found out when we were leaving that there is shopping across the street. I also would have liked to have had more information about their services, i.e., the spa and menus of all the restaurants, maybe a book in each room with information.

The resort and staff are amazing!!! I would reccomend booking your self and not through Expedia. Expedia will only add extra fees and there is no point paying fees for the resort and Expedia fees. Over all the staff is great I would also stay away from the Dining at the resort not a good as it looks. Trust me leave the resort and enjoy dining else where.

We had a terrible experience since the moment we arrived to our room. First of all, the pillows had hairs on them and the night stand was dirty. Then, as soon as we entered the bathroom there was a terrible smell coming out of the bathtub because water came out back from the sewer and the sinks were flooded everytime we used them we had to waited for almost 45 min for the water to drain . We called front desk and they told us they were going to sent someone but nobody came. Next day, I went to the front desk to see what happened but the lady at the front desk told me “I am sorry about your experience, I am going to write everything down on the notes so my manager can see them”. On the 4th night of my stay, the odor was extremely uncomfortable, it was very strong that we could smell it from bed so I called front desk again and they sent an engineer who put a liquid on the bathtub to help with the smell and he plugged a few time the bathtub drain but to be honest nothing worked, the bathtub and the sinks were still the same. I told him if he could help with the bathroom door because even he had a hard time to open it and the first night my kid got stuck in the bathroom because he couldn’t open the door but the engineer told me it was a work for carpenters so he was going to let his manager know. Plus, there is not even a coffee maker like most of the hotel room has and there is an extra charge of 15 dlls. A night in case you need one. Definitely not worth the money.

It was OK. I find it interesting that I needed to pay an extra $140/night to have a refrigerator in the room. All rooms should have this, other lower budget hotels have this. Additionally, many things that are courtesy of your stay are not a given here. Such as a coffee maker or the items to make coffee. You have to order and pay for a carafe. If you want to exercise, you better be ready to pay for it. It's an ok stay, but be prepared to pay for a mediocre stay.

All staff at Red Rock that we interacted with were fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful! Floor to ceiling window in the room is very cool too! We would love to return again for another stay :)

Not going to be what you’re thinking it will be. Here’s a few reasons why: 1. Resort Fee: The daily resort fee of $55.85 was a surprise at checkout after booking through Expedia. We were informed that the “Resort Fee” covers parking and internet, a standard charge everywhere. However, the internet was slow, and the parking situation was less than ideal. It felt like a classic case of nickel-and-diming. 2. Room Location: Our room was on the 8th floor, number 160. The elevator opens at room 100, meaning we had to walk past 59 other rooms every time we wanted to leave. What?! 3. Pool: The pool was nice, but the limited hours (open from 10 am to 6 pm) were a letdown. 4. Rooms: The journey to our basic-sized room was long, and once there, the TV seemed like a distraction from the aging carpet. The room was filled with overpriced snacks and a mini-fridge stocked with expensive items, leaving no room for personal items like water bottles. Overall, the hotel’s layout was disappointing. It’s hard to see what makes it a luxury hotel when it’s aged, overpriced, and located far from any restaurants or events on the strip. For the same price, you could get a VRBO with a private pool or choose almost any other hotel on the strip for better value. And who really needs a phone by the toilet? Is that supposed to be luxurious?
