HORRIBLE
Know I knew it wasn’t going to be the best motel from the pictures but I never could have believed that a place could be this horrible and unclean. It all started walking over to the office to check-in, there was dog poop or some kind of animal poop all over the parking lot and it looked it, it was there for months. When we got to our room it smelled of mold, old cigarettes, it wasn’t very musty. The room definitely was never cleaned, there was cobwebs all over the room, the chair looked like someone was duck taped to it, the bedding was filthy with stains all over the comforters. Then it was into the bathroom. The bathroom didn’t have a toilet paper holder, the toilet paper was in the floor, the wall was falling apart, and shower had some sort of fungus growing in it and there was dead flies, and bugs all in it. It had to be the worst place I’ve ever witnessed in my life and I’ve seen some crappy motels/hotels. I did call and complained and I got the hell out of that place. A little FYI Expedia you need better customer service or something bc you guys did pretty much nothing for me, only contacted the motel, which I could have walked over and said I wanted to be refunded bc I was NOT staying In filth. So hopefully in the near future have your customer service reps do some sort of customer service training bc they weren’t the best either.

Blankets were FILTHY. Shower curtain was torn and bottom of it was mildewed. Ad said Breakfast. No breakfast. Gave us ice in a Walmart bag. TV worked and you can take a hot shower with curtain opened. Take your own towels and wash cloths.

Worst worst ever
The worst motel I have ever stayed. Don't we have quality inspection for motels in AC? First thing, the smell pushes you away the first time you unlock fhe door, then the most feathy carpet, full of flyes in the bath room if you call it a bath! Bed ohhhh cigarrate wholes all over the sheet. Unoperative refrigerator, 70's tv..., who would stay in such not better than the worst prison. As soon as we saw these all, we left the room. Hotel.com please remove this from your list, othrwise i will question your credibility. E

couldn't cut off light no towels flies in room no cups had to buy or soap location was ok could catch a bus to Atlantic city paid to much money for the bad service I've been to plenty of hotels in the country that was the worst it just ok for rest your head but was able to enjoy my trip and bathroom shower is ok toilet not move very slowly

The most disgusting hotel I have ever walked into. Couldn't even take our shoes off, especially not to shower. There was vomit on the wall. And diapers out of our back window.

Poor Excuse For Hotel/Motel
Called Hotel.com on night of because too tired to travel back home. We stayed at Tryp Hotel but had checked out & continued to enjoy our 2nd Marriage Anniversary & decided to stay over & rest. Dont know how or why hotel.com would have them (Skyline Hotel) on there list. I wouldnt stay there ever again even if free. Old, unsafe, dinky environment, TV thats nailed to table (obvious long nails, holding tv) terrible oder in room. Im afraid to allow Hotel.com to make reservations for us again.

The worst motel in America
This Motel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in over 30 years of working over the road the toilet didn't flush and then they told us not to use toilet paper in the toilet and it overflowed again with your urine and then they blamed it on us and the room was filthy the shower falling apart the TV couldn't get it but one channel to come into that was public broadcasting station and the staff was extremely extremely rude

I never stayed and took the $80 lost!
Orbitz needs to take this hotel off one of their options! I get there and my reservation wasn't in their system. Had to call orbitz and had to get them to figure it out for me. An hour later I get the key and I wish they never did! Room was so outdated, bed sheets were dirty and with cigarette burn holes! I thought I was just going to catch an infection just by standing in the middle of the room! Ended up staying at the quality inn off the strip! Don't ever go to the skyline not even in an emergency! Orbitz please don't give your customers this hotel as an option!!!

The room had an awful smell. There were dead bugs in the bathroom, and mold. The staff entered my room without knocking, and were not polite. It honestly looked like a crime scene from law and order: svu!

We booked through hotels.com when we got to the place the funk this was not friendly the room was horrible beyond all believe the smell was horrible we requested another room they say he was booked everything in the room was dirty comfortable looked at the $25 $40 motel yet we pay $190 it was very very unpleasant

Simply terrible. Unhygienic, dirty, inhabitable and plainly, unimaginable. No blanket in the room. Breakfast was not available though it was assured to be there. This amounts to cheating the clients. Guests should not be treated in this way. There was nobody at the Reception. The guests have to wait to see someone comes eventually. Website/advertisement does not go with the reality. I wonder how such sub-standard hotels can run business in a country like USA!

Horrible!!! Disgrace room smell disgusting like something died the carpet Snell so sour and we ask can we switch they told us it full but no one there at the moment. So they just gave us Lysol really.... Never again!!!

When my husband and I arrived the hotel management would not let us in. He kept us locked out. I gave him my hotel reservation number he refused to accommodate us. He talked thru a window. He was so rude. This was our 8th wedding anniversary. He was very ignorant. I would never go back her

bad experience at the Skyline inn
For start , I didn't get same room i booked , I booked Queen bed , with patio , premium channels , microwave oven and breakfast included, got a two small beds room , no cable at all , no microwave no patio , smelly and dirty sheets , no breakfast , few days in there my wife went to the office to ask for a cup of coffee, owner flat out say no , it's too late for coffee, at 11:00 Am ?? Stated coffee was from 8:00am - 10:00 am ????? , We never asked for breakfast or none , a cup of coffee ??? And not even that that was Sunday morning and we supposed check out Monday morning, before my wife asked for the coffee, owner asked my wife for the rooms key ,

Rude staff, room reeked, not clean.
The staff was rude, tried to get us to pay twice (didn't mention a parking fee). 1 set of towels, when asked for more was told "maybe tomorrow". Room was smelly, refrigerator was disgusting. Night manager kicked us out of lobby for getting ice even though the open sign was lit up and it was before midnight.

bad,will not go there again.i don't drive,had to take cab to move back and forth.bus service every half an hour during the day, none at night. no breakfast only coffee,vending machine not working,the lady at front desk didn't have keys to the office,so i could bought sodas n water.the money we spent for the night was way too much,my wife and i are very dissappointed.

Worst Hotel in Atlantic City!!!!
The Sky line hotel was horrible, the service that is posted on the internet was all a lie, no friendly staff and the lobby door was always locked. Check out is at 11:00 am on the internet. Breakfast was not served after check out and both staff were rude. The bed sheet had some type of weird hair at the top of the bed underneath the pillow, the towels in the bathroom had various stains on them. And the shower curtain was ripped up. Also the awful color of the bathroom tiles black and pink! Seriously!!!!

The room was disgusting, dirty towels with stains. I went to get new ones and they were worse, no fitted sheet on the bed, requested an extra pillow and they said the do not have any. The tiles in the shower had black mold and the shower head was broken, bathroom sink had rust from dripping water, the microwave was rusted inside and had stains on the door. The fire alarm had a plastic bag covering it and when I called the office I was told don't worry about it in a nasty way.. There was no blow dryer, states comes with room , when I went to the office they did give me one and it did not work, and not even an outlet in the bathroom to plug it in. Horrible , I should get my money back, never again. Unfortunately room was not refundable and now I know why, otherwise we would have checked right out. please do not remove this review as it is the truth, go check it out room # 26..

Pretty decent a little far away from the boardwalk
A little far from the beach then expected and the staff is a bit rude we paid for a extra couple hours to sleep on a Sunday and the staff still harassed us and tried to make us leave early

Its a cab ride away off the resorts area.
The motel because it wasnt a inn didnt even have a clear sign when we were searching for it. The bathroom was dirty inside showers wasnt disinfected. They also offered breakfast service with the deal, and all I received was vending machine snack one per person. They also dodnt even ice buckets. Definitely not.worth your money or time during.your vacate.

the phone in our room was not working, so in order to request more pillows and toilet paper (there was barely any in the room) in the middle of the night i had to walk across the grounds outside and knock on a window to have some guy tell me i cant have pillows and eventually sticks a roll of tp through the window. there was also no lock on the back window which was not very comforting. not happy with my overall experience.

Went with friends so booked 2 rooms under same name. Went into ours tried to turn on the nightstand light and it did not go on-reason no outlet for lamp. Later went to turn on tv had to call desk he came over took the long extension cord and plug in to another outlet. This had the cord in front of the bathroom a safety hazard - we put a towel over the cord so we would not trip. There were one other outlet and this was for the refrig and micro, only other lighting was in the ceiling. Bathroom dark and dreary. Which leads me into the other room. My friends went to the office the window in the bathroom was broken, office told him it wasn't, not only was it broken it had a towel over it and there was still jagged glass in the frame. Friends asked for a different room and was told they were all booked but they would give back the money. Where were we to get rooms on the Sunday of Memorial weekend at 2:30. Lucky we were booked somewhere else for the week. However, not a nice way to start a vacation.
