Jianglong hotel

Wow this overall experience was a joke. I booked this hotel through your site and upon arrival they didn't have a confirmation from you guys and didn't even know who I was. I needed to wait about an hour before getting to my room even though I arrived very late and was already exhausted. The next day at checkout, the front desk told me they are yet to get the payment transfer from you guys (hotels.com) and wanted me to pay again. After another hour or so of fighting, they figured it out and I was finally able to leave and head back to my factory even though I ended up being late and it cost me big. Overall horrible experience booking with you guys. If you're going to partner with a hotel, you should make sure they have a system of receiving client information from you guys.
