Perfect for what I needed.

Pros: Close to my appointment the next day.
Cons: Shuttle Service to the Heliports.
Location: Houma is a great fishing town with awesome food all over town. If you want to experience "Life on the bayou" this is the place for you.
As far as Houma LA goes, this is a very nice stay. Breakfast included a good selection and was prepared well. Room was clean and nice. Gym and Office area was good. The people were very friendly and very helpful. Thank you

Pros: The location was good for our needs and the cost was very reasonable.
Cons: The service and friendliness
We arrived with another couple and requested rooms next to each other but we were told the two rooms weren't far apart. The ac was not working in our room and the toilet seat was barely hanging on. We were attended to right away and moved rooms, right next to the other couple. I guess the room became available within the half hour. When we went down for breakfast there wasn't a soul around tending to the food. Supplies were missing so we had to help ourselves to the supply closet. A few minutes later two employees came in but only to help themselves without even a good morning. we were pretty disappointed as a whole. The Gentleman that checked us in was patient with us though.

OK for a short stay

Overall, this place is OK. Rooms are spacious and clean. Housekeeping is a little spotty over a long stay. I spent two weeks here, and on 4 occasions, the bed was not made, towels were not refreshed, or amenities like shampoo and coffee were not replaced. Breakfast leaves something to be desired. Always eggs and breakfast meat, but very little fruit/yogurt/cereal, and small selection of pastries. It is convenient to shopping and dining. There are worse in Houma, and there are better. Above average

In town for football camp

Really nice hotel, pricing very fair. Comfortable beds, great shower, everything appeared to be clean. Only complaint? Free breakfast was pretty bad. Waffle batter too runny and doesn't produce anything resembling a waffle. But definitely worth the price, even without breakfast.

Shay was the highlight.

The pillows were not to our liking. Shay the staffer went out of her way to try to accommodate my wife and I. We will bring our own pillows in future. Shay did everything she could and was exceedingly friendly and solicitous. Kids running in halls, parents screaming, person in room above us stomping around. We slept badly on night #1 and much better on night #2. We slept with towels as pillows.
