Old and bad smelling carpets hotel

When I arrived the check in was easy, but as soon as we entered the hallway there was an unpleasant smell like that of old closet. When we got into our room it smelled bad; like old wet carpet and like there was fungi everywhere. If you have any allergies; stay away! I believe it was too expensive for what the little hotel was. There is not much to do around, a driver told us the area was unsafe. I think it is too expensive for what you get, it is more like a motel.
Only positive things: breakfast was coffee, waffles, cereal, fruits (banana, apple, or orange). The shuttle drivers were very nice and would take you anywhere within a 3 mile ratio (there is not much to see anyways). Close to the exam center (step 2 cs).
